Dear Guests, Cindy just contacted me that this review is incorrect and for another hotel she stayed at. Of course, this cannot be us, since we do not have food. (Breakfast starts May 1). She said she would take this off our reviews.She said she loved her stay with us.

We have operating with breakfast only served May to October for 15 years. We inform guests immediately as we receive the reservation. These 3rd party booking sites will not take off the breakfast banner since we serve breakfast at sometime during the season. We post on our Official Website of the breakfast schedule. Your review rating is not fair. If breakfast was the factor for your stay and you would have informed us of this, you may have cancelled. We are sorry that the coffee missing in the room, all rooms do come with coffee, even the kitchenette you reserved. If you would have let front desk know, we would have graciously given you coffee. I believe cost was involved in your decision to book our Inn, since our rates at this time are lower than the chain hotels in town and they do not serve breakfast now or during the regular season. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful mountain panoramic views, they are no extra charge.

The breakfast is complimentary to your stay, it is free. We cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions just upon notification when you arrive at check in. That is not enough notice since food items are purchased in advance. We have been accommodating for other guests with proper notice. Each morning the breakfast changes, so it was just by chance that we offered for the one breakfast you had with us the breakfast that had the egg, onion and cheese. I asked if you had had the eggs, and your husband said yes. And you had brought your own food items into the breakfast.

Our Inn is #1 in the Gardiner area and in the top 10% of hotels worldwide. The room you were in has brand new furnishings costing 25,000, with new Montana log furniture and the tub is brand new costing 1,000 surrounded by handcut tile. The decor and bed covers are all new. One of the top reasons guests like to stay with us is because we are clean, cleaning is completed by the owners only, so we are clean. The air conditioning unit you refer to is an air purifier. There is central air conditioning and heat in all the rooms, the thermostat is on the wall. We have been in this business for a long time,and have never had someone who could not use a thermostat. We do not have designated parking spots because the parking in the front of the Inn can accommodate 1 1/2 times the rooms, we have added 7 new spots and you can always reach your room within 25 steps. All hotel doors lock behind you, this is a law. Your room had a kitchen fully supplied with all cooking items and a full oven with 4 burner stove top, with those additional amenities at another hotel you would have paid 350, your room was 259. The breakfast is a 40 savings, that brings the room rate down to 219. Breakfast was fresh apple pie, egg/onion/cheese with sausage. The back of the Inn does not have trash.
