"We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and unfortunately our experience with housekeeping and customer service was extremely disappointing.
Starting from our third night, we repeatedly requested that our bed sheets and duvet covers be changed. We informed the front desk multiple times on the third, fourth, and fifth days of our stay, but the bedding was never properly replaced.
After several complaints, housekeeping eventually left what they claimed were clean sheets and duvet covers on top of the bed, but they did not actually change the bedding. Even more concerning, the replacement linens themselves appeared stained and visibly dirty.
Each time we raised the issue, we were told that a manager would contact us to resolve the situation. However, no manager ever reached out during our stay, and no explanation, apology, or compensation was offered.
A basic expectation for any hotel is clean bedding and responsive customer service. We gave the hotel multiple opportunities to correct the problem, but unfortunately nothing was done. This significantly affected our comfort during the stay and left us with a very negative impression.
I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience."
