Sehr sauber und freundlich. Eigenes Bad außerhalb des Zimmers ist gewöhnungsbedürftig , aber ohne Toilette GEHT GAR NICHT!!! Ein kleines TV-Gerät wäre sich nett Der Preis war für ein Hostel zu hoch.!!

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. In der Beschreibung ist klar ersichtlich, dass alle Toiletten auf dem Flur sind. Wir sind ein Hostel und kein Hotel, wie sie es richtig erwähnt haben. Wir sind mitten in der Altstadt in bester Lage. Der Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Bitte gehen Sie das nächste mal in ein Hotel nicht direkt im Zentrum und zahlen mind. 75% -100% mehr. 便利なところにはあるが、駐車場探しには一苦労。（夜間は路駐OKなエリアが広いが、その情報は宿についてからでないとわかりにくい。） 街のど真ん中にあり、便利さはピカイチ。部屋は寝るだけならば十分。共同のトイレとシャワーはとても清潔で何ら問題なし。

Hotel was great and comfortable but….we asked for and received a private bathroom. It was a bathroom with no toilet only sink and tub, they were both lovely, but they were across and down a public hall and toilets were shared by all. To someone who gets up a lot in the middle of the night this was unfortunate. No air conditioning and rooms were hot. Very clean and beds were comfortable.

Bad People
We had 10 hotels throughout Europe and we had to cancel due to the World Pandemic. All accepted the return except this Hotel. We could not leave our country but they did not accept the return, nor did they ever respond to the messages. Bad people

Hello Walter, you are funny. Your booking never got cancelled by you or expedia. We can not cancel the booking for you before arrival. You used this booking service, we are paining for the support form and you are claiming us. All cancelled booking could been changed or cancelled for free. Also consider that we need to handle many thousand of cancellation in a short time.

The hotel charge us city taxes but “forget” to give us the Fuessen City Card. Most of the time the hotel has no staffs. The hotel has no lifts and the kitchen on the top floor. Room are small and cramped.

Hello Thank you for your stay. We are sorry that you do not like our hostel. HOSTEL You are always talking about hotel. But we are only a hostel. Our house is more than 300 years old and we can not add a lift. We would love to. For your payed rate. You should not expect 4 stars. And in most of the hotels you can not use a kitchen. Absolutely fantastic stay, but with inconveniences
I really enjoyed this hostel as it was super cute, in a prime location, and the staff were fantastic. My only complaints were that the showers and kitchen were not open all the time. They closed mid day and after 8:30pm at night. It made it super inconvenient for me to stay there when I'd be out all day and unable to use the facilities when I got back at night. The kitchen also doubled for me as a common area - it was away from the rooms and we could make noise without worrying about disturbing others.

There is no cuetain to cover the bed
It would be better if you could provide a curtain to cover the bed. I'm lucky, because there were only two female that night in the eight-mix dormitary in fact.
