Hi, I'm sorry your stay didn't go as planned. I would have offered to move you rooms but you said you were NOT going to wake your daughter up because you would not be able to get her back to sleep. You also said you would like to speak to a manager in the morning, at that time I told you that I was the manager, you said you would talk more about it with me in the morning. I was at hotel until 11pm and back at 7:30 am. Although no bugs were found in your room after you left, we are taking precautions and have the room closed up with our bug guy doing a treatment right now. I never saw you this morning but did hear that you voiced your concerns with my front desk that by looking at the pool we should close it because the chemicals were not correct. I did test pool last night at closing and maintenance tested it before opening this morning and I can assure you everything was fine and safe with our pool. You did go through a 3rd party, so I am unaware of how much you spent, but hopefully you guys enjoyed the rest of your stay!Thank you for voicing your concerns, and have a great day!

We are a little short staffed so do run around to accommodate other guests, but we have access to see front desk when we are away from it to make sure we are back as soon we can when guest is there. We also always have our cordless phone on us to answer calls.

As I responded on your other low reviews you left on us, I do apologize you staying with us while you were sick, being sick away from home can make a stay miserable all by itself! I am sorry the bed didn't meet your expectations, but I can tell you the room you stayed in we have special requests that our returning guests be put back into that room because they love the bed! As I also mentioned before our whole town was out of internet and cable with the provider we go through. Luckily we still had internet at hotel due to we do go through another provider for that, but cable we had no control over with it being a whole town outage. I hope you are feeling better and you have a wonderful day!
