gentile Albertcosa è successo?? come mai questa valutazione cosi' bassa?? Ci sembrava contentissimo del suo soggiorno da noi, ci ha sempre fatto tanti complimenti ogni sera soprattutto dopo cena. Ci faccia sapere al più presto in cosa abbiamo mancato per ricevere una così severa recensione.

The owners are so nice ! They were so helpful and have the cutest outside terrace with amazing coffee and food I really recommend to stay there ! :)

Very bad experience. 1.The equipment in this hotel is very old, and the decoration style is very rustic. 2.It's very cold in the room since there are no heating. 3.The breakfast is also very bad which only has bread. 4.I booked a room for 5 days, and I couldn't check out early after staying for one day. They refuse to refund to me.That is, even if I do not stay in this hotel, I still need to pay the fee. This is a bandit refund policy.

Mr. LoganoWe are sorry that you are so upset that you have given such a negative review on all our services just because we have not agreed to refund two days out of the 5 days of your booking made through the Expedia portal.The cancellation of the two nights was not communicated to us in time and only after having stayed here one night and therefore when it was already no longer possible to obtain the refund foreseen by the booking conditions. He finally slept the first night, then left for two nights and came back the last two. We kept his room and gave up on other reservations. If you remember, we have also given you a discount on the breakfasts you used (which was not due) to partially facilitate you.We specify that each room is equipped with independent and adjustable heating from the room, it was enough to raise the temperature manually or ask for our intervention if you didn't know how to do it.We served the breakfast she had ordered, a simple drip coffee, bread and jam because she was always in a hurry.It is true. Our structure is not new but the rooms are clean and there are all the services required and necessary to welcome our guests. We are not a 4 star hotel!! if he wanted the comforts of this category he should have booked elsewhere.As for the staff, historically we have always been appreciated for their kindness and helpfulness and we are sorry that you wrote otherwise only because we have not refunded part of your booking. We reiterate that we have no obligation to make any kind of refund for your reservation, as it was your choice to stay elsewhere for the aforementioned dates already booked in our establishment.
