Das Hotel hat seine Sterne zu recht. Der Pool, der Service, die Bar - alles erstklassig. Aber! Wir hatten ein "altes Zimmer" mit einem absolut NICHT 5*würdigen Bad, zumal für drei Personen (2 Erw plus1 Teenager) zu klein. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider getrübt.

Das Selbstbedienungsbufett fand ich besser, da das Personal zu unaufmerksam und zu langsam ist. Auch konnte mabn sich genau das nehmen, was man gerne isst. Ich denke, dass es mit dem jetzigen System zu mehr an Entsorgung anfällt. Ansonsten alles top.

Das mit Abstand beste Hotel unserer Brasilien Reise. Schöne gepflegte Anlage. Vielleicht Zimmer Bad etwas zu klein, stört aber nicht besonders. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar. Kann mich nicht erinnern irgendwann mal so ein super Frühstück bekommen zu haben. Würde das Hotel zu 100% wieder buchen. Danke Sanma Hotel für die schönen vier Tage

The Sanma hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the Falls entrance and the bird sanctuary. We took Uber into town for other activities, and dining with quick pick ups. We only had dinner once at the hotel as it was pouring rain, it is expensive. The property itself is very beautiful and seems renovated in areas like the lobby and restaurants. However the room was very dated and the beds are not too comfortable. They did kindly offer us another room it had a renovated bathroom but it was smaller, so we opted not to change rooms. The staff is very friendly and spoke excellent English, also the breakfast selection is very good. Overall I don’t feel this is a true 5 star because of the rooms, but I would recommend this hotel.

Great location to Park & Burd/Butterfly Sanctuary & Foz do Iguazu Airport. Favilities were excellent. Childrens room needs to be moved from next door to Spa. Breakfast fantastic. What let facilities down was Bar meals. Chef needs improvement in evening. Varios fresh salads, fresh veg & fresh fruit need be avail. Lettuce leaves, no dressing, nothing else is not an acceptible international side-salad. Hope they improve these things, then it would be great.

Highly recommend this hotel, great staff that make every moment special. The hotel is top class and have everything great. I loved the pool, room was very comfortable and they put a cot for my baby, water and chocolate free every day. There is a spa, I didn’t use but look nice. Hotel near 5 minutes walk distance of waterfalls and birds park’s.

El hotel es super cómodo y lindo, lo único que deberían mejorar son los baños de las habitaciones. Si buscas un hotel para las cataratas este queda en frente, pero si queres pasear por el centro o hacer otras actividades en la ciudad, este hotel es lo más lejos que hay en Foz.

Expectativas foram criadas com base nos comentários, mas infelizmente não foram superadas. Pontos negativos: o ar condicionado do quarto direcionado pra cabeça, mesmo mudando a direção das aletas, é desconfortável; a água da piscina estava quente e turva, nada agradável se comparado ao calor que fazia no dia; não achei interessante o café da manhã servido na mesa, apesar das opções feitas na hora serem saborosas, a sensação de desperdício daquilo que não se consome é revoltante, tornando a experiência desagradável, mas entendo a intenção de ser um “diferencial”; e o principal descontentamento: valores fora do normal de bebidas e drinks. R$23,00 numa LATA de Heineken, R$41,00 a caipirinha que deve ter no máximo 150ml de bebida, o resto puro gelo. Chopp quente e da marca MEGA CHOPP, extremamente inferior se comparado ao padrão do hotel. Gostaria que algum gerente me explicasse o motivo desses valores, pois não encontro a lógica. No geral, infelizmente, não recomendo o hotel, acredito que seja uma opção direcionada para turistas estrangeiros. Moro na região de foz e frequentemente visitamos a cidade, posso afirmar que há várias opções melhores e no mesmo padrão de preço.

A very nice hotel after a long flight. It was very close to the airport and just a 10 minutes walk to the Waterfalls park. I was given an upgraded room, pool view, at no additional cost, and was welcomed with a bottle of champagne in my room plus they let me do a late check out. Young lady at the reception was amazing, so sweet and making sure everything was ok. Loves this place!

Almost perfect
Breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because the bathrooms were quite old and run down, and the hot water kept disappearing mid shower. Service within the hotel was excellent.
