Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Die Räume sind so schlecht gedämmt und der Boden knarzt bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung. Ruhig schlafen somit Fehlanzeige. Mit der Einrichtung muss man auch klar kommen. Das Bett ist zwar schön gros, nimmt aber den sonstigen Platz des Zimmers in anspruch. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber super. Leider finde ich sonst nichts positives daran.

Das Frühstück war ganz nach meinem Geschmack gewesen, es gab das klassische, schottische Frühstück und alternativ noch Auswahl an Obst, Wurst, Käse usw. Die Konstruktion im Bad fand ich etwas unvorteilhaft. Die Glasplatte zum ablegen von Seife usw. war zu niedrig angebracht und der Hebel der Mischbatterie klemmte. Endergebnis war, hat man den Wasserhahn zu schwungvoll aufgedreht, hat man die Glasplatte erschüttert und was oben drauf war ist umgefallen. Ich bin zum Glück relativ unempfindlich was Sauberkeit und Hygiene angeht, aber ist es hier und da etwas Verbesserungswürdig.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und hat einen kleinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Es ist relativ sauber jedoch sollte man nicht unter die Betten gucken. Unser Zimmer hatte leider nur Tasse und Tee für eine Person anstatt für die gebuchten zwei, auch war die Dusche nicht ganz so sauber und der Duschkopf defekt, sodass das Wasser über all hin sprühte. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß für zwei Personen. Das personal war freundlich aber nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit. Eignet sich für alle die auf der Durchreise sind und keine hohen Ansprüche haben.

Empfang äußerst unfreundlich, unprofessionell, und unhöflich. Kein Grüßen, kein Hinweis auf den Lift, Versuch noc heinmal zu kassieren. Der Hotelname ist falsch, es heißt jetzt Westend. Der Plan ist auch falsch, da wohl an der A 82 gelegen, aber am letzten Kreisverkehr südlich. Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum in Ordnung.

Really enjoyable stay, parking was a bit tight but fine for us for 2 nights. Staff are fantastic, I haven’t had such a pleasant, helpful, and accommodating staff in ages. The dinner and breakfast were both good with dinner being very good. Walls are a bit thin but that is likely the age of the property issue.

I arrived at 10pm after a long journey and was very tired but had to wait 10 minutes before somebody was available to check me in No central heating in very cold bedroom ( no 9) and no hot water . We had to tell the staff about the rustiness of the place, I suffer with asthma and I had a very bad flare up, for the price for those nights I would expect the place to be more clean than it was. Areas of the room were not hoovered and there was dust everywhere.

We had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even showed up at the reception desk, 3 of the 4 coffee cups in our room were still dirty and sticky and the bathroom was not clean the back of the door was covered in stuff that wiped off if you touched it so would have been easily cleanable and there was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to any of us which I found very gross.

Muito bom!
Hotel lindo e confortável de frente para o lago! Atendimento bom. Possui estacionamento. Quarto confortável, limpo, com máquina de água quente café e chá disponível. Banheiro bom, agua quente. Café da manhã muito bom. Chegamos fora do horário pra tomar cafe um pouco depois e a moça que nos atendeu gentilmente resolveu a situação e nos permitiu tomar café! Voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel!

It seems to me that the room was not occupied for a while. Everything was dusted, and there was garbage under the bed. The room was not soundproof either.

Awful stay, had to leave early!!
I stay in hotels frequently with work around the world and this I quite possibly the worst I have ever stayed in!! I had to check out two days earlier because of this! Woke up both mornings I did stay with fresh bites on my legs. I come back from work late around 2300-0000 to a freezing cold room and no hot water (they only have the heating on during set times along with the hot water I guess). The duvet on the bed was so thin so I barely slept due to being absolutely freezing in bed! I ate once in the restaurant I had the chicken curry, if you could call it chicken, mainly grizzle and awful, couldn’t finish it along with the microwave rice. By the second cold sleepless night I decided to check out at around 0600, enough was enough for me. Went to reception to check out and no one there, rang the bell several times and waited about ten mins still no one came so I just left the card and went, I’ve also messaged them 3 times via the hotels.com app and no reply!! I left my charger in the room as I packed in a hurry!! Terrible hotel please don’t stay here!!!

I am sorry that we fell short on a few issues following your recent stay, we appreciate all feedback positive & negative to allow us the opportunity to evaluate ourselves and improve upon this time and time again which is why so many of our guests return over and over again for great stays.

Friendly and efficient staff. Some flickering lights and a bulb out in the bathroom and fan heater broken. Nice touch with crisps and chocolates in the room but not replenished on third night.

You can hear your neighbors in the next room. Our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling. Staff was polite and friendly. Did not try the food because we chose to eat outside of the hotel. Checking in and out was easy.
