Etwas enttäuscht, da wir aufgrund des Spa-Angebotes ein etwas besseres Hotel erwartet hatten. Zimmer war schön und ansprechend eingerichtet, aber sehr hellhörig! Wirklich sehr hellhörig - egal ob Windgeräusche oder andere Gäste. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Bettzeug und Handtücher für die dritte Person waren nicht vorhanden (wir hatten für 3 Erwachsene gebucht).Die Schlafgelegenheit für die dritte Person auf dem Schlafsofa wurde von uns selbst vorgenommen, nachdem wir Bettzeug und Handtücher bekommen hatten. Das Schlafsofa wurde auch am nächsten Tag nicht gemacht. Nach Reklamation hieß es, dass es sich hier um kein vollwertiges Bett handeln würde und somit nicht gemacht wird. Unglaublich, hatte ich bisher weltweit noch nie erlebt. Am dritten Tag war dann das Schlafsofa doch gerichtet. Der dritte Pool am Ende der Anlage war am Angenehmsten und ruhig. Essen waren wir nur außerhalb.

Good accommodation to start off Florida roundtrip
This hotel was our first stop after a 10 hours flight. We stood there for 2 nights and it was the right place to arrive, have a rest and enjoy a clean and spicy room. The beach is close and we really enjoyed walking along the beach and the Blv. A minor issue was, that house keeping started cleaning the room quite late - around 3pm - when we wanted to have a rest. But, overall I am recommending this hotel.

Loved the property but it’s a bit over priced there’s other hotels on the beach that are more cheaper and offer a bit more overall we had a good experience regardless but I feel like that can do just a tad bit better especially for the price furniture is a bit ran down and old

We stayed here for a one-night stay prior to departing for a cruise. The price and location can't be beat - 1 block from public beach access, about a 20 min walk to the more developed area (it was Spring Break, so we did NOT want to be near that area), and plenty of small, independent restaurants, a bakery, pop up shops and food truck, etc. within a couple block walk. The property has "sister properties" that allow you access to their other pools (some have hot tubs) which was fun to explore a bit. The property is a bit dated and the rooms are sparsely furnished (which was fine for a short stay), but it has a cool, laid back retro feel. Small things like the sink missing the aerator (so the water shot out all over you if you turn it on full), no deadbolt on the door (but does have keycard electronic lock), and a loud air conditioner. Also note that the property is pretty spread out and on 3 levels at some locations, but no elevator. So lugging 2 large suitcases up 2 flights of stairs was a challenge. We ate at the pool bar area which made fantastic drinks and the food was good as well. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. All that said, with some minor room updates (and requesting to be on the first floor), we would definitely return for a short stay.

Not only a decent price but great location , you can use other sister property facilities in the area, Barry one of their pools and food was so good!! Really cute property , though it may look like a motel on the outside but inside the rooms are very chic and cute , I traveled by myself so I had the smaller room but it was nice , shower is pretty big and staff was really nice! Definitely recommend!

Room was very dirty and old. 2 windows had no blinds so had to stack pillows and blankets for privacy. Water was brown tinted so used bottled water to brush my teeth. Thankfully it was just for 1 night.

The Palms is close to a State park & historic homes & just a block or two from the beach. Our room was very minimal and needed another chair, small table or desk & reading light to make it comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Friendly staff and on-site place to eat with decent food and drinks. Room was clean although it had a strong smell of moisture. Walls to get to the room could use some paint touch-ups and walkway a pressure wash. I also noticed some deferred maintenance in the bathroom. Wonderful location near the beach with pleanty of eateries. Location also seemed safe.

We stayed 4 nights 5 days at this property and the staff were welcoming, warm, and friendly. The pool area was secluded and a great spot to spend the afternoons after the beach. I would definitely recommend and stay again !
