Schönes Hotel in guter Strandlage.Zimmer im Haupthaus sind groß und gut ausgestattet aber leider in die Jahre gekommen und es war ein komischer Geruch weiß nicht ob von der Klimaanlage oder vom Teppich und die Klimaanlage war recht laut und neben dem Bett was dazu führt das man die kalte Luft nachts abbekommt.Aber ansonsten ist das Hotel echt top schöne Lobby und Liegen mit Schirm am Strand von dem her kann ich es empfehlen

Der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet, am Strand waren genug Liegen vorhanden, Hauskeeping hatte wohl durch ein Event sehr viel zu tun, unser Zimmer war erst am späten Nachmittag dran, die Ausführung dann aber sehr gut. Zur Zeit Baulärm da die Fassade renoviert wird

Die Außenfassade wird gerade renoviert, deshalb gleicht die Anlage einer Baustelle. Den ganzen Tag hört man die Presslufthammer, egal ob im Zimmer, am Pool oder am Strand. Sehr unschön, zumal es im Vorfeld keine Info hierzu gab! Das Personal redet sich raus, dass die Arbeiten zwingend nötig gewesen seien. Das ist ok, aber es ist nicht in Ordnung keinerlei Infos vorab zu geben! Frühstück wird gegen Aufpreis angeboten und ist unfassbar teuer. Die Poolanlage ist nicht gemütlich, und wir fragen uns, wie die Fotos entstanden sind. Die Liegen am Strand sind kostenlos, aber so alt und verrostet, dass sie fast auseinander fallen. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt, obwohl wir sogar den Hinweis an das Personal gegeben hatten und man uns dort versichert hat, dass die Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden.

Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
wir haben am 9.10.2022 um 21 Uhr Orstszeit eingecheckt. Hier wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt, wie sich bei der Buchung nicht, sowie mit vorheriger Ankündigung, dass wir erst nach 20 Ihr Ortszeit anreisen werden, das das Hotel Renoviert wird. Es wird von 9 Uhr bis 16 Uhr mit Presslufthammern an der Wand die Fassade gearbeitet. Da wir durch die Zeitumstellung uns auch tagsüber ausruhen wollten, war dies nicht möglich. An der Poolbar wurde an der kompletten Fassade und im Gebäude gearbeitet, auch mit Pressluft, sodass ein entspannen auch da nicht möglich war. Den Pool konnte man komplett nicht benutzen, durch die Sanierung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Andi und Katja Wegener

Basic clean rooms. Misleading about balcony…rooms with one bed only get a Juliet balcony which wasn’t clear when booking. They also advertised two pools but adult pool is exclusive to those in another section. Easy access to beach.

Property has gone downhill over the past 5-6 years since I've been staying there. They've now monetized their parking lots by allowing the public to park for a day rate, crowding hotel guests out, adding congestion to the formerly very private beach area, making towels and chairs scarce. The slightest breeze causes them to refuse to place out umbrellas when other resorts that offer the same services nearby will put out umbrellas. The interior is beat and smells awful, there are signs in the common areas advising they're updating the interior soon, that is so tacky, don't put paper signs up, just do it. General comment and I understand a sign of the times, but the place is overrun by dogs, on the beach, in the water....doing what dogs do, even though there are supposed to be no dogs on LTBS beaches, the staff would never dare restrict it. This place used to be kind of special, now it's just a place for the general public to be loud and trashy on the beach. There are far better options nearby.

Liked the location very quiet in that section, not on a Main Street. Easily accessible to beach. I wish I had booked a room with a balcony on the ocean side because my room did not have any balcony to sit out on, otherwise it was nice. Was not too fond of the sink in the bathroom either it was a big bowl and it was hard to wash my face.

Great spot! Worth the daily fee for access to properties own beach /pool/ bar/ bikes and restaurants. Housekeeping came very late each day.

Great location. I was unpleasantly surprised that I’d be charged a daily packing fee of $20 plus tax in addition with the daily resort fee of over $40. I guess, I need to start reading the fine print( never had to pay for parking at the hotels I previously had stayed at).

The property was very nice and the lobby with coffee shop and little cafe was extremely nice. It has a nice vibe to it. The pool area was nice and beach. It was great that staff said that you can’t leave the lunge. Chairs unattended all day and expect to keep them. There is not enough for everyone so that is a good policy to have . The room cleaning was a little less than desired. Room was nice and bright but had to call first day for services and second day it was not until after 4:30pm and we had returned to room to get ready for dinner. The housekeeper had to work around us. Bathroom was never cleaned during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper the last day . Earlier cleaning times or changing times of day if it is a late clean day before perhaps an early clean the next day . Staff were friendly and helpful . It was a nice vacation spot . Will return
