Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Parken zu teuer.
Alles sehr angenehm und komfortabel, direkt am Strand gelegenes Hotel. Eigene Liegen und Handtücher am Strand sorgen für stressfreien Strandaufenthalt. Die Suite zur Flussseite war sehr gross und gepflegt. Sie hatte eine moderne Küche und grossen Kühlschrank. 2 Herdplatten, Micro, Geschirrspüler aber kein Ofen. Ausstattung mit Besteck, Gläsern und Kochgeschirr zu sparsam. Parkservice sehr nett, schnell und aufmerksam, aber viel zu teuer. 46 Euro pro Tag ist inakzeptabel. Man kann für die Hälfte im Hotel nebenan parken. Im Nahbereich sind kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Pool hat einen schönen Ausblick, gelegentlich etwas windig dort. Insgesamt schönes Hotel.

Zimmer sind im Allgemeinen gut, jedoch wenn man neben dem Raum der Zimmermädchen untergebracht ist, kann es schon mal bis nachts um zwei rumpeln. Auch würde der Hotelflur in eine Eisgrotte verwandelt, so dass es auch in die Zimmer reinzog. Der Parkservice mit 45 Dollar pro Tag ist ein Nepp, außerdem wird auch für jedes wegfahren und holen zusätzlich noch Trinkgeld erwartet. Dennoch war es insgesamt gut, die Sicht auf das Meer und Intracostal super.

Our stay was AMAZING thanks to this hotel. The ocean front room was perfect, I would have been fine staying there all day because it felt like we were on the beach. The only negative is that there was a cockroach next to our coffee machine but all else was great

Not quite sure how to start !!! Day1 toilet not functioning & air con v loud . 3 phone calls to reception & 3 hours later, engineer mended toilet & adjusted aircon .. No turn down service .. we scheduled a turn down at reception but they made up the sofa bed instead & nothing else !!! .. more calls to receptionist to put it back .. & another wait when all wanted to do was get ready for bed ! We kept persevering for a turn down & eventually , on last eve, got one with chocs .. hurrah !!! Day 2 .. no sun beds or umbrellas available on beach .. had to sit on towels .. pool chairs all reserved with towels Day 3 .. checked bill on tv & had additional charges ( as well as 45 dollars a day resort fees ) of approx 50 dollars a day.. another call to reception was told were non refundable and ‘ this is Florida ‘ Day 4 .. Tap on bath faulty and when turned on hot water .. it came through the shower unit .. tap v loose and couldn’t adjust . Also shower head coming away from wall .. Day 5 .. bill charges sorted but still bath tap still faulty Spinicar bar/restaurant rarely available in evenings .. as used for corporate functions .. but when open all drinks in plastic cups .. even in evenings and v limited menu The newly opened Italian on site is lovely is a bit expensive Generally , the rooms are lovely and hotel v suitable for families. Stall are helpful on the whole but this is not 5 star !

Liked the convenience and service on the beach. Highway A1A VERY loud, sidewalks dirty and in bad shape. If you walk half a mile down, you smell urine at every beach "foot shower". I did not get the higher up room with ocean view that I booked. They "ran out of those rooms" we were told, then they told me they "upgraded us" - and gave us a two bedroom condo or residence, which was NOT updated at all, my toilet didn't work, phones did not work, burn 'holes/marks' in the couch, noisy almost constantly - we could hear the restaurant starting ungodly early in the mornings on the floor right below us - we were on the second floor...right above the restaurant and bar. Not what I paid for. Not relaxing in the room at all unfortunately. Not a five star experience at all. It was a birthday present for my fiance, and while the weather was nice thank goodness and the Rodrigo y Gabriela concert was a great experience, the room was not what I paid for or expected from a four or five star hotel. Not at all sadly.

I could spend an hour reviewing this dump of a hotel but it’s not worth my time. I paid over $2000 a night for six nights stay from December 27 to January 2 with my three teenage kids. We stayed in a large two bedroom, two full bath resident. There was ample amount of space which is why I paid over two grand a night, however, this is not a five star hotel by any means. The furniture, decor, and general vibe of the suite was dated and just dirty and gross. The bed frames were ripped, and other than what seemed to be relatively newer carpeting, the suite was a dump. All of the patio furniture was dirty and rusting. The gym was decent size, but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned , in probably five years and it certainly wasn’t attended to like typically at five star hotels. They failed to do turn down service two times. I asked for some fruit and diet Cokes to be provided because we did not arrive at the hotel until after 830 and they charged $100 and most of the fruit was super ”tropical” and wouldn’t be eaten. I have stayed at dozens and dozens of five star hotels across the United States, the Caribbean in Europe, and often times you will get a beautiful array of sweets, fruit, etc. at no charge because you are paying a premium for the room. This is Fort Lauderdale. It’s not Beverly Hills, Miami or Paris or New York. Don’t waste your money. It’s a dump. Go stay at the four seasons next-door.

I came for 4 nights in January with my daughter. This is a really great hotel, perfect location on beach, just far enough away from the Las Olas beach tourist area to be less loud, but very walkable. Right beside four Seasons. Room was spacious (we had partial ocean view with king bed and the view from balcony was better than expected (we were on 21st floor). I could see ocean and waterway on the other side. Room was cleaned and restocked well. Only comment is that our last day when packing I looked under the bed and it was quite dusty under there which surprised me as the room was very clean elsewhere. Pool was nice and warm and not too busy. View from pool deck was awesome. Didn’t know how to get the round beds by the ocean side of deck, and they had reserved signs on them but no one there. Beach was great too, could walk out quite far. Only comment was drink service on beach was sparse/slow. Asian restaurant was absolutely amazing… service and food. Expensive but worth it. Overall I was very happy and would stay here again for sure.

Great views. Unit provided in the oceanfront suite class probably not booked unless at capacity. Unit is directly above the restaurant with music until 1:00 AM daily. Furnishings are chipped, old and tacky. Gnats in the kitchen. Cleaning entered without notice. Manager suggested they would come to room to discount did not come!

DO NOT STAY HERE!
We stayed 4 nights. EVERY DAY the pool was broken! We came here in the winter season with 2 young kids. The heater should be working, especially during Christmas time in the winter! Every day they said "oh its fixed"or "the company didn't come yet" or "It will be hot soon". We spent almost $4,000, and we wouldn't even swim at the pools due to it being FREEZING!!! How can a huge hotel chain cant get their hot tub and normal pool to have a properly working heater! We were lied to when we booked this, the pools arent heated!

I booked an oceanfront room and they gave me the floor above the lounge with obscure view of a palm tree overlooking the bar deck. No view at all of the ocean like I booked. I was told by front desk there were no other oceanfront rooms available. I was in return given a waterway view but not the same and was told rate would not change. This makes no sense as the oceanfront rate was higher at booking. I had to negotiate food credit for the difference. Loving staying at Conrads when they are available but the customer service was not as expected.

Older property. Walls are super thin could hear upstairs neighbor rearranging furniture all night. If you do t want noise from restaurants, people screaming in the middle of the night or cars zooming by, then ask for a room high up as on the 2nd floor you can hear everything.
