Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht
Das Hotel ist nahe dem Airport und dem Cruiseship Port. Shuttle vorhanden, nicht so zuverlässlich. Zimmer okay, gut ausgestattet. Roll In Shower möglich mit Sitzgelegenheit. Frühstück miserabel, eine Tüte mit kaltem Eggmuffin und ein Getreiderigel, Saft ist nur Wasser mit oranger Farbe.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is in a great location and the property and amenities are great. I think the continental breakfast could add a bit more variety and housekeeping should be done everyday or every other day. Other than those two things we enjoyed our stay.

I would have given a 5-star rating, but my door card always had problems. Despite multiple trips to the front desk to get it fixed, it never worked consistently. My room had blood stains on the carpet and sofa. When I opened the sofa bed, the cushion had a blood stain on it, as if it had been flipped over to hide it. This was incredibly gross. However, the lobby and surrounding areas were very clean. It was also frustrating to have to walk around the entire building because my key card only worked intermittently.

It’s was convenient and lots of places to eat and easy to walk to while waiting to cruise. The shuttle was convenient but the wait was long Breakfast in the morning was great. You will need to phone the hotel when you arrive to let them know you need the shuttle Uber cost us 15.00 to port The hotel has a shuttle which is $15 per person.

The beds were clean, which was a good thing. Couch in the room could use a deep cleaning to remove the stains that were on it. Corners under the sink in bathroom needed to be swept. The pool and the continental breakfast definitely wasn't what the posted pictures were. It was just an ok stay for me.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help with any issue you have. Staff are continually cleaning and the hotel looks and smells wonderful. This was our first stay at this hotel and won’t be our last. We cruise out of Fort Lauderdale and will make sure we stay here again.

Staff at desk were rude and impatient. We were traveling with a disabled person and staff knew that beforehand and yet that person’s room was last to be available, after 3:00 p.m. No effort was made to request housekeeping to do that room first and disabled guest had to sit in lobby for hours.
