Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel an guter Lage
Es ist der übliche BW Standard mit angenehmen Zimmern und täglicher Reinigung. Die Lage ist gut. Frühstück in Ordnung. Einzig negativ: der Lift bei der Rezeption ist in schlechtem Zustand und am ersten Morgen im 5. Stock krachte es plötzlich und es rumpelte, dass wir alle meinten, der Lift stürzt ab. Dem war zum Glück nicht so, aber nach dem grössten Liftschreck des Lebens bin ich natürlich nur noch Treppe gelaufen. Sonst empfehle ich das Hotel. Achtung: Parking kostet 20$ / Nacht zusätzlich.

Die Lage von dem Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung, 3 Minuten zu Fuß für den Strand. Wenn man saubere Strände mag sollte man sich nach andere Orte umschauen. Das Personal war super freundlich und auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Zimmer war leider nicht sehr sauber, und die Matratzen waren extrem schlimm… völlig durchgelegen, hatten leider Rückenschmerzen. Auch beim Frühstück war die Sauberkeit leider nicht zu sehen. Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen und nicht noch mal buchen. Allgemein hat Best Western stark abgebaut…

Der Strand ist in weniger als 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel bräuchte dringend wieder mal eine Renovierung. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Hammer! Leider hat sich das Klientel in den letzten Jahren verändert. Es war ausgesprochen laut. Die Leute stehen im Flur und brüllen regelrecht. Die türen werden zugeschlagen, dass man fast aus dem Bett fällt. Das morgens um 1 Uhr. Das war hier mal viel besser.

Relatively convenient to the convention center. Room and bathroom were very small. Due to incorrect installation of toilet, seat would not stay up when urinating. Bathroom sink water pressure was a trickle. Corner light in room was broken and crooked. Many power outlets in the room were non-functional or were so worn that plugs fell out. Limited bar/restaurant hours. Property is very dated. Mentioned room/bath issues at checkout, response was. "We'll definitely look into it." Will not stay here again.

Close to Beach, restaurants and shopping. The facility is older, beds and pillows were exceptional. Breakfast has lots of options. Pool area is nice. It has 2 levels. One on pool level the other above. Pruce is reasonable for the area. I would stay here again.

Family trip, not on the beach, but steps away. No roads to cross to get to the beach. safe for the grandkids. Shopping with 1/2 mile at Las Olas, great dining options. Golf cart shuttles always around to reach other dining options. we spent 3 days, then went on cruise, I would have been just as happy to spend all the time here and at Ft Lauderdales beautiful beaches

The staff at this Best Western were wonderful. It was an easy walk to the beach. Lots of dining options within a mile. They have a small bar and grill on site as well. The outside of the building looks a little worn, but the staff and convenience more than made up for it. The pool was refreshing and the area around the pool was landscaped with waterfalls and a sun deck. The rooms were very clean and the lobby area was well-maintained, nicely decorated, and kept neat/clean, considering the close proximity to the beach. 10 out of 10 and would stay there again.

On our second day, the front desk employee locked us out of our room. He was informing my husband that our key cards were not working cause were supposed to check out. My spouse called and asked me to come downstairs. (i was waiting in front of our hotel door). He asked my husband to sign a paper without explaining what it was. So my husband said to wait until I arrived, but the GUY responded, "I DONT HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR THIS" and threw our paper to her coworker. When I arrived, he just said, "Sign this. I only need your sign." He sounded really harsh. Then he said that Expedia has not confirmed the adjustment of our stay. He said it was expedia's fault, and he FIXED it himself (suddenly). I called Expedia, and they stated it was unlikely to be their fault because both days had been verified and my card had been charged for two nights 2 weeks ago. The guy at the front desk is just pointing fingers after locking us out of the room and failing to confirm our reservation first. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

We had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Oceanside Inn. The staff was very friendly and a shout out to Elena at the front desk who was very accommodating. The location is very good; steps to the beach yet is away from the crowds. Las Olas beach and its restaurants are a short walk. We stayed 4 nights but there were others who were there for a nights stay on their way to boarding a cruise. The hotel had a very nice breakfast with a lot of variety. A definite plus. Will surely stay here again when next in Fort Lauderdale.
