We stayed for 5 nights at this charming boutique hotel which is perfectly located in the center of Florence just a few steps from the most famous Piazza della Signoria and also from the Duomo. The room was beautiful, very stylish and comfortable with spotless cleanliness overlooking the rather quiet Piazza San Firenze. The entire staff was just wonderful, extremely friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet offered everything the heart desires. Thank you so much for a most enjoyable stay! We will return for sure!

Tolles Hotel in bester Lage
Das Hotel liegt nur 100 m weg vom Palazzo Vecchio mitten in der Altstadt von Florenz. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Hotels in Florenz sind die Zimmer geradezu riesig, die Ausstattung ist großartig und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse großartig - und es gibt viel viel mehr als das übliche italienische Frühstücke bestehend aus Cappucino und einem Keks :-)

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral, die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Für Menschen, die nachts sehr geräuschempfindlich sind, ist es vielleicht etwas zu lebendig, da man durchaus etwas vom Straßenleben auf der Piazza mitbekommt. Ich persönlich empfand es aber nicht als störend. Wenn es überhaupt eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln gibt, ist es das Frühstück, daran muss in dem wirklich tollen Hotel noch gearbeitet werden.

das hotel befindet sich an sehr zentraler lage und man sieht über die dächer der nachbarhäuser die domkuppel. das zimmer (suite) war wunderschön und gibt keinerlei anlass zur kritik. im wandschrank war eine zauberhafte küchenzeile eingebaut, das zimmer gross und schön und das bad sehr modern. das personal war sehr freundlich. demnächst eröffnet eine hoteleigene bar, wo auch frühstück angeboten wird. einziger negativpunkt: aufgrund der zentraler lage ist es abends manchmal recht laut und die fenster müssen zu bleiben (klimaanlage vorhanden).

San Firenze was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and proactive, especially Santiago who gave us amazing recommendations and took the time to explain everything about our stay. Outstanding hotel in the heart of Florence. Our recently decorated Junior Suite was excellent. The duplex was very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel staff provided great customer service. I made a mistake in booking the wrong date through Expedia & showed up the next day, and the hotel still provided me a room at $100 euros off full price when Expedia wouldn’t do anything. Reception was very helpful in diner suggestions, helping make a reservation, calling us a taxi when needed and anything else needed. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed. I would definitely stay here again when return to Florence.

My husband and I really liked everything. The hotel was lovely. All of the employees were terrific. The front desk crew was excellent, very helpful and always smiling. We stayed in a luxury suite. The room was immaculate upon arrival and the housekeeper did a great job keeping it that way. Our room overlooked Firenze, it was just gorgeous. We even had a balcony in the back where we could relax a little after a full day of shopping, visiting museums and eating (a lot). The complimentary breakfast was really great and offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast. The breakfast staff was excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. The property coupled with the staff really made for an all around excellent experience. On the day of our departure we left quite early for our flight back to NY. The staff even packed us a little breakfast to go because we were leaving before breakfast service started.

Worst experience
I borrowed a charger until I bought one. Nadia asked me 4 times in lobby where it was... I left it with an employee, showed her my portable charger I bought but she didn't stop. I will never return or recommend. Literally a 5 euro item I paid 700 euros for 1 night stay. Rude and unprofessional She did this in the lobb of the hotel!!
