Verbesserungswürdig: Zustand der Unterkunft
Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer sind leider mindestens seit über 30 Jahren nicht renoviert worden. Es existiert auch so gut wie keine Schalldämmung zwischen den Zimmern und zu den Fluren. Das Personal ist dagegen sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das reicht allerdings nicht, um den schlechten Eindruck vom Zustand der Zimmer auszugleichen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, trotzdem ruhig
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, alles wichtige ist in Gehweite, trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Wermutstropfen ist das Parken, das nur über einen Parkservice möglich ist, das Problem haben aber fast alle Hotels im Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer sind nett und sauber, die Betten angenehm. Frühstücksbüffet ist in Ordnung, aber es gibt leider keine Laktosefreie Milch, ausser man trinkt Soja"milch". Das Brötchen dort sind landesüblich, auch die gefüllten Croissants dürften nach Art des Landes sein. Es gibt einen grösseren Whirlpool im Innenhof. Ausser über drei Schnaken im Zimmer haben wir uns an nichts gestört. Die Schnaken noch im November sind aber sicher auch Florenz-typisch.

The hotel is located 4 mins walk from the train station in the heart of Florence. With plenty of restaurants around. It was clean, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Services was good, breakfast is adequate with cold and hot choices. Overall a great hotel, I highly recommend it!

Buon hotel dove passare la notte per visitare il centro di firenze, essendo super comodo sia rispetto alla stazione che al centro città. Personale molto gentile e c’è la possibilità di depositare i bagagli gratuitamente. La stanza era isolata, in alto, molto bella ma gli infissi sarebbero da sistemare, tanto che nella notte i rumori delle vie centrali e dei camion della spazzatura erano molto forti. Quindi, riassumendo, per nulla insonorizzata. Buona colazione. Avremmo voluto capire chiaramente che nel prezzo fosse compresa la piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio, domanda posta prima dell’arrivo e con risposta non chiara. Consigliato, ma prezzi comunque a mio avviso troppo alti, in tutta la città di Firenze, non solo questo singolo posto.

Le finestre le stiamo cambiando, già fatte quelle di gran parte del primo piano e adesso dopo le feste finiremo il resto dell'albergo. Per quanto riguarda la comunicazione dell'idromassaggio gratis, mi spiace non sia stato chiaro ma posso assicurarle che al check-in viene ribadito a tutti i nostri ospiti; probabilmente dovremo fare più attenzione alla chiarezza. * Great location - Close to the train station and a walking distance from so many of the main attractions * The first room we were assigned was spacious and had 2 levels, unfortunately we immediately discovered mold on the walls and a leakage in the upstairs bathroom so we had to be moved to a different room which was comfortable and cozy so we did not mind * The staff is courteous, but I wouldn’t say they were exactly friendly * The person who carried the luggage to the room wasn’t very careful in handling that. The handle of my friend’s luggage got broken while the luggage porter was moving them from that first room to the second * The A/C malfunctioned a couple of times but the reception were able to fix that quickly from their end * Slippers are not provided but upon requesting them we were delivered 2 pairs each

Lindo hotel, super confortável e bem localizado
O quarto do hotel é super confortável. O banheiro bem grande e confortável. A temperatura da água do chuveiro variava um pouquinho durante o banho, deu um trabalho para aprender a lidar com isso, mas conseguimos. Itens de banho disponíveis. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo, fomos muito bem atendidos e comemos super bem. Como era período de Natal, o hotel estava cheio de presépio lindos! Um mais lindo do que o outro. Amamos!!!

My wife and I stayed here during our first visit to Florence in October 2023. I was able to communicate with the very professional staff prior to our arrival to arrange for transportation to/from the airport. This was very important and helpful. This boutique hotel is located very close to a public plaza that the locals frequent on weekends. There are many excellent restaurants and shops walking distance. The staff is outstanding. Florence is a wonderful city with a lot of history and culture to experience and explore.
