Dear Joel, Thank you for your review, we are sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience at the Hotel Duomo.We just want to point out that each room that can be booked is perfectly described with photos, size and amenities of the room itself. In your case you booked a classic room with an internal courtyard view, and this room was assigned to you. And since the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to offer an upgrade.However, we hope to have you again as our guest at the Hotel Duomo, in one of our newly renovated superior rooms with a view over the Cathedral. Dear Ellie,Thanks for your positive comment.During the period in which you hosted the 5th floor of the hotel (5 rooms) they were under renovation, we apologize if we caused any disturbance. It's all over now. Thank you for appreciating the view of the Duomo from the balcony of the breakfast room where every morning you can have breakfast while admiring Brunelleschi's imposing Dome.Next to the breakfast room we have three rooms with private balconies where the breathtaking view of the cathedral and the Duomo is amazing.Best Regards.Paolo
