Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel. Authentische Einrichtung, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die kleine Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Und das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für eine wunderschöne Zeit in Florenz…wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Markthalle und ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Dom entfernt. Der Hotelier ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

Staff was amazing and helped us print tickets for F1. Breakfast was great and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the elevator was great for the luggage. Very clean and the location was fantastic. Would stay there again!

Don’t let the look or location scare you away. This hotel was a hidden gem. The bed was comfortable, they have A/C and fans which made the room much more pleasant and helped move the air. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a luggage elevator which was great so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs. This hotel is walkable to shopping, restaurants, train station, and plenty of sites.

The property still retained that old Italian decor even after modernization of hotel. The breakfast was great and Nadine and Giovanni were welcoming always a smile. When I come back with my husband we have agreed to stay here.

It was our favorite hotel of the five places we stayed at in Italy. The interior heavy wood shutters (with glass and screen windows on the outside) made the place dark and quiet at night.

The location of Hotel Collodi is great for being central, with sights, restaurants, shopping all easily within walking distance. It is around 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and very close to the market place. The hotel is traditional Italian in appearance but has all the facilities you need within a city centre location - wifi, breakfast room, a safe in the room etc. The staff were really kind and attentive when needed. Kept very clean, a comfortable bed and full of character.

The hotel is a lovely, small, independent hotel with character and charm. Our room was very clean and spacious enough for 3 of us. It had a fridge which was convenient. We loved our beautiful room at Hotel Collodi. It was very well-appointed and sparkling clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located on a quieter street, just a very short walk from the San Lorenzo market and many restaurants. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection. The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Hotel Collodi and it will definitely be our top choice when we return to Florence again.

We really liked the place. It was close to everything in walking distance. The building look very old from the out outside on Google Streetview. I had some concerns about that but everything is old in the city you can’t change the architecture anyways. They renovated inside the building beautifully and it was clean. They even had continental breakfast which was more than basic. We enjoyed staying there! Thank you!

What a gem of hotel. Everything was walkable and there were some many places to eat in the area. One litte square which contained the Central Market was a 2 minute walk away. The room was clean with a really comfy bed. Staff were amazing, and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it to anyone - more than value for money.

Hotel Collodi is very centrally located and close to a number of attractions. The staff was very warm and welcoming and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Having breakfast with very good choices included was a huge plus. The room was very spacious with a loft, and the bathroom super clean! Really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were well equiped and clean. You are in an amazing location. Just a couple mins walk to everything but on a quite street. Breakfast was good and had what you needed to start your advenute. Will be coming back the next time I visit Florence.
