I was there for 3 nights, nobody came to clean the room. The TV was broken the same with the certains. Overall with the hidden taxes and resort fees it wasn‘t worth to stay there.

Tolles hotel mit guter Lage zum Nationalpark
Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage zum yosemite Park. Die Zimmer wsrwn geräumig und groß, abersehr hellhörig. Der pool etwas klein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

We had such a nice stay at Tenaya. We had one of the cottages which was a few minutes walk from the main building. The room was pretty large and comfortable. The whole hotel is surrounded by a peaceful forest and the national park entrance is 5 min drive away which is super convenient.

The staff was friendly and attempted to be helpful, but my friend and I had booked a room in the lodge with 2 queen beds 4-1/2 months earlier, and it was not available. We were given a room with one king and a very uncomfortable, short roll out bed. That, in addition to the poor food in the restaurant, made it a disappointing stay.

Nice stay. Building is a little run down but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. We loved the heated pool and hot tubs. And dinner was great at the restraint on site ! Staff shuttled us to the cottages which made it very convenient !

The property was renovating their 2 queen bedrooms so we didn’t get the room we booked. I don’t know why you would offer that if it wasn’t available. They did offer me a king bedroom with a sofabed but I had to pay extra for it which was not very accommodating. Also, we ate at the restaurant on site and was given molded bread. Don’t think I will return to this place again!

Just 2 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite. We were booked for the cabins which came with an entire kitchen and dining room. The lodge itself seemed very fancy and clean They also had free s’mores which would be made at the cozy fire pits

I stayed in a jacuzzi room with my husband and young daughter. She had a great time "swimming" in it after hiking through Yosemite. The room was clean and more then enough space for the 3 of us to sleep. Check in was quick and easy and the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant. We had a very nice stay here.

Overall ambience of the facilities was good. We had few issues with our stay, but the staff was very accommodating abs tried to resolve the issues as they cropped. * Parking the car and getting to the room or other facilities is a challenge. It took a while to figure this out even after studying their hotel map. * There was construction right above us, which woke us up early morning. After a long drive and reaching late, i woukd have preferred to sleep in a bit more * We tried using Spa facilities. 1st time was a great experience, but 2nd time was horrible. The lady at counter acted like we were not welcome there. She was rude and kept saying things like.. we don't give robe, sandals out when we got it the previous night. * We got snowed in, and staff did their best to provide shovels to clean, but there was no waiting list system in place, and it took an hour to get the shovel, and another hour to clean the car before we could head out. Maybe, additional staff supoort was needed, like using a snow blower etc

For my stay at Tenaya I selected the cottages. When I first checked in at the lodge it was a comfortable and welcoming ambiance. It was very clean and the same can be said for the cottages. There was a fireplace in the room which I thoroughly enjoyed. The attendants at the front desk informed me of s’mores that would be available the next day for the guests to make. I participated in that and really enjoyed it. There were also fun and interesting amenities throughout the lodge. I sat and played a game of checkers in the lobby, enjoyed flavored water, and explored. The Jackalope’s Bar and Grill was also exciting as their menu had a lot of great options and there were delicious vegan options that I could choose from. I did have to check out a day early but since I booked through Expedia I wasn’t credited for that day or given any credits or vouchers I could use on a future stay booking through Tenaya. That was unfortunate, and would have appreciated any extra help there. Otherwise very convenient and enjoyable.

We had a largely positive experience at Tenaya and wish we had another night's stay to let my kids further enjoy the family amenities. Beds and bathroom were clean, which is always most important, and the on-site restaurant wasn't bad at all for hotel food. There were some clearly dusty surfaces in the room and a lot of storage containers around the property, which might be from some refurbishment projects but left the exterior of the property looking pretty unsightly. All in all, we'd probably stay here again.

Great family-friendly hotel. Loved all the small touches that made it special for my daughter such as the smores at night, the taffy, the signature trail mix, and cool water machine with flavored/ bubbly options. Our room was very clean, staff was friendly, and also loved they had a game room for the kids. A classic game room where everything was free and in operable condition. We will definitely return.
