„Nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Chose to stay at the hotel because it looked clean, was well rated and had an airport shuttle. Only found out that the shuttle was available only during weekdays due to staff shortage when I called on the Sunday I arrived at the airport and had to take a 22$ Uber to get to the hotel instead. As airport shuttle was one of my top reasons to chose this hotel I was surprised that the hotel didn’t even offer to pay for the Uber instead. The AC in my room ...

„Decent hotel with spacious rooms, friendly staff and even a small indoor pool. Lisa - who runs breakfast - is a superstar. The breakfast itself was just ok. House-keeping is what let-down the property and the team. Not once was our room made up during a stay of 4 nights. I complained... still no house-keeping on that day. For a 150 USD per night, we were not happy with what we got in return. We would not stay there again.“

The bar closes at 11pm, that's ok, but having the area 5mins later cleared by security is competely overdone. As the area is so nice, the hotel is frequently used for weddings (4 weddings on one weekend!). That`s a stress for the staff and for the other guests. The quiet environment is not as quiet ...

„Innerhalb seines kurzen Bestehens kommt mir das Hotel vernachlässigt vor. Bei meinem ersten Besuch hatte es mir noch sehr gut gefallen. Jetzt bei meinem zweiten Besuch war ich enttäuscht. Das aus fertigen zum Aufwärmen bestimmten Tiefkühlprodukten bestehenden Frühstück kann man nicht als solches bezeichnen und wenn man möchte dass das Zimmer gereinigt wird muss man auf dem Gang Jemanden finden der sich zuständig fühlt.“
