Mehr Schein als sein! Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer lässt wünschen. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, dafür an der Rezeption Mittelmäßig. Auf fragen wurde Kurz und genervt geantwortet. Ist man nicht in der Urlaubs Session da, merkt man die mangelnde Motivation und den Service. Außerdem ist nichts vernünftig aufgebaut und somit kaum genießbar. Zimmer Steckdosen sowie die Terrassentür waren defekt und somit war auch die Sicherheit nicht gewährleistet.

Entdecken statt Entspannen
Lage: Zu Fuß ist Ölüdeniz gut erreichbar, wo es viele Geschäfte und schöne Restaurants/ Cafés an der Strandpromenade gibt. Wer den öffentlichen Strand nutzen möchte zahlt pro Liege und Sonnenschirm 15 TL. Alternativ bringt der tägliche Shuttle des Hotels (1x Tgl) die Hotelgäse zum SunCity Beach Club, wo der Eintritt für Manaspark Hotelgäste kostenlos ist. Getränke und Speisen sind kostenpflichtig. Hotelzimmer: Es gibt zwei Gebäude. Das eine Gebäude ist etwas neuer und enthält die teureren Zimmer. In dem anderen Gebäude befinden sich die Standartzimmer. Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant sind sehr klein. Wir haben uns nach unserer Ankunft direkt ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen. Unter dem Restaurant befinden sich Familienzimmer. Dort haben wir übergangsweise eine Nacht übernachtet und wurden am nächsten Morgen um 7:30 mit sehr lauten Stuhl Geräuschen vom Restaurant geweckt. Das Zimmer was wir letztendlich bekommen haben, hatte den Gartenblick und ist ruhig gewesen. Die Betten sind sehr unkomfortabel. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel. In der Minibar gibt es täglich nur Wasser. Der Fernseher ist sehr klein, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir im Urlaub keinen Fernseher brauchen. Essen/Getränke: Das Essen ist immer Geschmacksache, aber ich habe es zum ersten Mal erlebt, dass ich kaum etwas gegessen habe, da es nicht frisch war. Gäste: Viele einheimische Paare und ein paar Engländer. Eher ruhige Gäste. Ort: Ölüdeniz und Umgebung ist ein wunderbarer Ort, wo es vieles zu Entdecken gibt.

Biz şok olduk benim üzerimde hiç bişey yok küvetten çıkamıyorum eşimin üzerinde allahtan bikinisi var o aldı çocuğu. Eşim sonradan söyledi kapıda da bir adam bekliyordu oda içeri bakıyordu diye bu olay karakolda bitmeliydi şükretsinler adamdan sonra haberim oldu. Siz siz olun bu otelde kalırsanız kapı arkasına sağlam birşey dayamadan duşa jakuziye girmeyin. 3 yıldır belli aralıklarla kaldığım bu otelde tekrar kalmak istemem kimseyede tavsiye etmem. Family rooms are painfully noisy. They are below the restaurant which is open 8am until 9pm (the constant scraping chair noise from above excruciating), and next to the bar, which is open 9pm until 11pm. Avoid if you want rest and relaxation.

Average but nothing great.
Staff friendly on contact but overall young and inexperienced. Found food to be very disappointing, often tasting stale or of no flavour. Rooms do need refreshing as of other reviews but were adequate. Maid left door open each day after cleaning and safe never worked after reporting 2 times. Didn’t find the stay matched the many high positive reviews.

Tired all over
I want to start with a summary: I can not recommend the hotel to anyone. Let me start with positives: Location and the view is amazing Pool near the snack bar is nice Some of the Food & Beverage team is trying hard (Samet & Kader) Negatives Standart rooms are staff accomodation level very very basic and tired furniture, tired bed linen & towels We tried to pay for an upgrade as soon as we have seen the room. Reception told us to come back next day we went next day they said next day and third day they said no upgrade available Hotel is tired and staff seems tired most of the staff were not smiling and most of the staff focus on tourists as we were Turkish only 2 youngster staff were helping us with drinks only if the restaurant is empty we were getting service from others Food was very basic, we stayed 6 days after second day we struggled to find anything different to eat. Breakfast selection was the same lunch & dinner starters most of the time same. We had fish most of the days. Entertainment was the worst. It was organized by a very loud guy he call himself bloody Erol he even have tshirts with his name written on. His sense of humour was very cheesy and basic english. As we were not interested we were trying to sit other pool side to relax after dinner but entertainment was so loud you can hear even from your room. Last night i had enough I went to reception to complain but they said we are not 5 star so we are not big enough to arrange you a quiet area.

The whole hotel needs repainting, there are hazardous wooden planks sticking up everywhere. The bathroom had a disgusting smell all the time we were there. The food is 3 star at best will the same selection at every meal time and the drinks are watered down. The snack bar is the best thing, and the sunbeds and pool are good.

We didn't like that we did not recieve our booked room on arrival (Deluxe triple suite) for our short stay. They placed us in a standard room with only one bed we had to request a room with two beds and they gave us two rooms which was not satisfactory. The receptionist came across unhelpful and made us feel unwanted and ignored as she was taking calls and dealing with other guests while dealing with my room and standing here which i considered as rude. We were told breakfast is 8am - 11am. Next morning arrived to breakfast at 10.05am to then witness staff clearing all food at 10.30am and turned off coffee machine! Went to reception to let them know who then said breakfast ends at 10.30am but we asked why we were told 11am??? we asked if we could at least get a coffee they told to go to garden bar and will have to pay! Which we had to say breakfast was included in our booking. While at reception i had to ask when will we put into the suite we booked to told at 12noon. I have to say only helpful member of staff there was Hamit as he could see how upset we were with the treatment we recieved

We booked a standard double room with a balcony via Expedia. I emailed specifically to ensure a balcony is included. Hoover, when we we got to the property we were provided with a room on the ground floor facing the kitchen. I went to the reception and the small girl who looks no older than 13 said we don’t have any rooms with a balcony so I asked to speak to a manager and then the manager stated that the only way you can get a Balcony is by upgrading your room to a deluxe room for an extra €55 which was a total inconvenience but due to it being my partners birthday I just paid. The food is good but the chefs use way too much oil. Quite a few options but could be more. I advise not to get the sea bass that the chef cooks right in front of you, he doesn’t know what his doing and he doesn’t know when it’s cooked. He served me a raw piece of fish that was literally frozen and raw inside. The young staff are amazing they are always on point they approach you and ask if you want anything and make conversations. They are always on the move and never stop. Especially one girl with blonde and brown shoulder length hair who made me and my partners experience an amazing one by making us feel welcome, she should definitely get promoted or a pay rise . Overall, the young staff work so hard whilst the managers just sit there and give orders instead of being real true leaders and get involved.

Nice hotel
Hotel is fine, staff all very nice and friendly and the hotel grounds are kept well. Pool area and ground all clean and tidy. Beds very hard, and I like a firm bed! Daytime entertainment non-existent. Maybe one game in the day (darts/table tennis) and that’s it. Evening one show at 21:30 for 30 mins. Food satisfactory, quite repetitive and as only one restaurant do have any other options but for the price we paid we can’t really complain. Walkable to Olu Deniz centre, can needed to Hisaronu (but only a few ££). Overall a nice week in the sun.

Güzel bir tatildi
Genel olarak mükemmel bir otel. Ancak oda temizliğinde personel yetersiz kalıyor bu sebeple oda biraz baştan sağma temizlenmisti, yatak ve yastık üzerinde bize ait olmayan saç tüy vb.. vardı, belki yapısal bir problem ama banyoda oluşan küf kokusu gibi bir koku nefes almayı bile zorluyor. Bu koku kapı kapatıldı bile odaya sızıyor, geceden sabaha çok rahatsız ediyor. Odamız Panaromik jakuzili odaydi, otelin konumu gereği otelin en aşağısında çok dik bir yokuşun dibinde. Belli bir yaşa sahip olan kişilerin havuzlara, restorana gidip gelmesi çok zor. Özellikle bu husus oda satılırken oda özelliklerinde belirtilmeli. Bu yapısal problemler hariç çok güzeldi, yemekler çok çok iyiydi, her türlü seçenek vardı.

Deneme amaçlı olarak 1 gün konaklama yaptık. ama gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Burada en az 3 gün konaklama yaparak her şeyin tadı çıkarılmalı. tekrar mutlaka geleceğiz ve bu kez en az 3 gün olacak.

Amazing
Beautiful location, great food, amazing staff only thing, we stayed in a family room, it was perfect when with kids but there’s only air con in the double room so the connecting room door had to stay open or the kids got to hot
