„We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean“

„Loved that it was in the heart of things, very well appointed, roomy, comfortable, and designated parking is a huge benefit. We were there over a holiday weekend (our mistake). The pizza place across the street is an after bar hangout so from midnight-2am it is extremely loud and rowdy. The host provides a white noise machine but it didn’t help us. We would def stay here again but not around a holiday that attracts young adults and motorcycles.“

„My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!“

The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful“

„We spent pleasant relaxing days in the cottage which is well furnished and decorated. The house is light, clean and located in a very peaceful area. Unfortunately we could not use the large and beautiful terrace because of bad and rainy weather. Nearby at the beginning of Narragansett are a few shops and a supermarket where you can buy whatever you need. We loved the location and enyoyed it. We can recommend this holiday cottage.“

„Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.“

„The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.“

They really shine bright with no light pollution around here. Recommend having your monitoring coffee near the river access for a relaxing start to your day.“
