„The Lenno Residence offered us a spacious modern apartment. We enjoyed the huge terrace with deckchairs, sun umbrella and table, allowing for outside meals. (Room R22) The building is new, modern (including an elevator). The kitchenette is well stocked and offerns the basics in regards to appliances. (no microwave). „We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. “

„It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.“

„Absolutely lovely apartment in the perfect location right in the center of Bellagio. The place is spacious, all new and spotless clean. Communication went well. Be aware that due to its location, there is a bit of noise in the evening, on the upside everything is at your doorstep. A small supermarket is opposite the apartment but with limited choice, best ist probably to stop at a larger one before coming. „We spent a great time in this beautiful mansion in the hills of Bellagio. Giulia, our host, was extremely friendly and reacted promptly on any question we had. Tne supermarket is less than 150 meters away as there is a cheese dairy. The neighbours are also very friendly.“

Die Badezimmer sind in Ordnung - aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen - sie sind aber sauber und ordentlich. Das warme Wasser geht nur, wenn man den Schalter in der Küche ...

„Schöne Lage, leider keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, besonders der Ausblick. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut. Die Schlafcouch, sollte auch mal erneuert werden.“

Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.“
