„Decent apart hotel. Good location. Just next to a mall with food court and a big supermarket. Friendly staff. Wifi did not work in room, just in tbe lobby area. Despite full kitchen not cutlery, crokery or even basic utensils“

„I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. Bilal was excellent, very helpful but had not given me an access card which I needed to get to the communal area where the swimming pool was. Again ...
