I actually never stayed because they ripped me off. I reserved a room on the physical day of Nov.4th, @ 3:40am for Nov. 4th-5th ,got a confirmation that the reservation was for Nov. 3rd-4th. Tried calling immediately and they didn't answer until 8am.They told me I was ok and not charged yet they charged me anyways. After I disputed it they lied and said services were rendered even though I never set foot on the property BEWARE THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

Hi Joseph, your review says you booked on 11/4 but you got confirmation saying reservation was for 11/3. This is something you need to discuss with expedia. In our system the rservation came in on 11/4 for 11/4 and marked as no show. You are correct, you did not stayed here but unlike Amazon we dont make refunds since you did not use the item (in this case you did not use our services). Please read the terms and conditios on expedia website or any other website before booking. Have a great day

We booked a room with a walk in shower. This Knights Inn did not have any rooms with a walk in shower for my wife who is in a wheelchair . The wheel chair could not go through the door into the bathroom! We want a refund to our American Express Card!

Your reservation was for non smoking king bed only and this room type does not guarantee a walk-in shower. We have no notes from expedia or from you about the room confirmation prior to your arrival. The toilet in the room would not flush, but the watwr ran constantly. I told the woman at the front desk. She said someone from maintenance would come and check on it. Nobody came. I told her she might want to check on it because with the water constantly running it would cost the motel in the long run. I was ignored.

acceptable stay
to check in , it was difficult. the lobby has been closed for 2 years . with no instructions posted on the door , you have to go around the side to a small window with a slot similar to a late night gas station. with the lobby being closed it means that there is no breakfast available. i think that a 2 year lobby closing there was enough time to update the online information. overall the stay was acceptable. i visit the area twice a year minimum. i will check around next trip.

Dear guest, thanks for your review. Our hotel website does not mention breakfast, so that should explain why we don't serve breakfast. Lobby is open during day time not during evening. Its very common practice here in many Fayetteville hotels. We hope we enjoyed your stay in one of our renovated room at pretty low price.

We offered you to non smoking room but you declined since there was an upgrade fee. We do have lot of foot traffic around the property since its close to many restaurants and bars. If you have noticed something illegal, we would have appreciated a call from you. One night then we left
We had to travel for 13 hours driving. So we decided to rest there the night and following next day our trip. Honestly, I don’t like to prejudice any hotel owner. But being sincere it helps them and others. The location was okay with some loud noise of neighbors at midnight. The staff was great and helpful. This hotel needs some renovation throughout the room. I don’t mind a mismatched seating toilet or other old appliances. But my BED MUST be CLEAN. We found wet semen stain on bed sheet and pieces of female hair. They should lower the price.

The staff were extremely nice but the room itself was very sketchy in a few different ways - the bathroom walls were cracked up, the sink looked like one you would find in a gas station restroom, and the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. Not to mention the broken tiles and grime all over the bathtub. The front door had obviously been kicked in at one point because there were marks from where the lock had been ripped off the wall. The nastiest part was that the sheets on the bed had obvious semen stains (of which my husband took a picture of to prove it). We did not end up staying the night as we decided it was worth the 3 hour drive home to sleep in our own bed.

The bay-like windows were cute. Refridgerator and microwave were decent. Everything else was shabby, cheap, and even broken. No outlets in bathroom or sink area. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke and deodorizers. Never again.

The No Go Hotel
Our bed had a used plastic fork and a Miller beer bottle top on it when we checked in. the towel rack was broken. There were roofing nails on the parking lot ground, from the rooftop construction going on. Lots of homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. I wouldn't stay there again.

Dear Shawn, thank you for your review. We regret that you did not find comfort in our facility and apologize for any inconvenience. We are in the process of renovation and we do hope that you will give us another chance in the future.
