Das Hotel befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Faversham (ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto) und ist sehr modern und stylisch. Mit den beiden Restaurants und dem Golfplatz hebt es sich von vielen Alternative ab. Die Angestellten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Indoorpool bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter die Möglichkeit sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ausreichend. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Fantastic stay! Spa is lovely but small so check how busy it is before you commit. Beautiful room, super comfy bed, huge TV! ALL staff are very helpful, professional and efficient. Free welcome beer or prosecco, yay!

This hotel is beautiful. The staff were absolutely amazing and very attentive to your needs. The staff were also very friendly, the facilities were clean, and very Modern the rooms were also clean, the views are amazing. The food in the Korean cow girl is out of this world! I will definitely be recommending this place and myself and husband will be returning. Thank you for such an incredible stay Cave hotel!

We booked 2 nights here for our mini honeymoon, which I mentioned as part of my booking. We didn’t receive anything for our special occasion at all. I even responded to the hotel’s message 2 nights before our stay where they asked if we are celebrating a special occasion. I mentioned that we had just got married on Saturday so we would appreciate anything that can be done for us. However on check in there was no mention of this conversation and I had no response back from the hotel before we arrived. Later in the evening of our first night stay I asked the hotel staff whether they saw our message. He was genuinely helpful and told us the team doesn’t get back in until Tuesday to respond to messages. He said he will try to upgrade our room for our second night. However on the second night he mentioned that he wasn’t able to give us an upgrade and said he will try to organise something for our dinner later that evening. At dinner we received a congratulations mini dessert and 2 glasses of Prosecco. I’m quite disappointed at this lack of effort for us to celebrate our recent wedding, especially as I told them upon my booking and 2 days prior. There is also only one option for lunch at the hotel which is the Korean Cowgirl restaurant, and there are no nearby takeaway delivery places. Overall we would say the rooms are nice and kept clean, but there are clear lack of facilities and dining options. The rooms also didn’t have any place to dry the towels.

The Cave was a great experience. Champagne on arrival and amazing customer service throughout. I booked a massage for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. I believe her name is Olesea and I couldn't of been happier to be blessed with her presence. Warm, Comforting, yet also knew how to have a good laugh with us and it felt so organic. Please ask for her if you want a massage, as her massaged cured my headache and my boyfriends back pain (which he complains about everyday). The only Hiccup I would say I didn't like, is that the chef didn't separate the yolk from the egg when asked. My boyfriend hates yolks and my only request was to separate the two and I heard him refuse that request. Which I was really confused about as its such a simple task. I appreciate it's probably busy, but I felt like he could of done it, he was just being difficult. Other than that, my boyfriend and I walked away very happy with the experience and would return back again.

Everything was excellent apart from the bed. The mattress was so soft and so uncomfortable I’m glad that I didn’t have another night booked. Everything else such as the food, the spa, the service was superb and I would recommend this hotel.

The cave overall is a nice stay. For the money I wouldn’t say it’s anything above your average “nice” hotel. The facilities are extremely small and I would class it as a boutique hotel. You can only have 12 or 14 people (I can’t remember exactly) in the pool area at one time and there are only four places to sit down there. The atmosphere was a little dull. The staff were friendly, however, as soon as we had an issue everyone became dismissive. The chlorine chemical levels in the pool were too high and it ruined my husbands swimming shorts. When I reported this at checkout they told me to email in. I emailed twice to get an initial reply and was emailed by Sergio - The General Manager. Sergio has since ignored further emails and have completely dismissed the correspondence. I have to say, this has been a big disappointment. We spent just under a £1000 with the stay, plus drinks breakfast and dinner for one evening, so to have this level of disrespect shown is the reason for a lower star review.

Unhappy with the refurbishment
We stayed in September and it was perfect. we stayed in the spa for hours had a lovely relaxing experience so we was always going to go back there.. i then booked to go there for january after we had seen they had refurbished their spa area expecting the same if not better experience but unfortunately we didnt.. everything from the room to the food and the staff were really nice as our previous visit but was a massive let down to go into the spa and both the pool and jacuzzi were freezing cold.. the main reason we booked to go back was the relaxing break in the spa which we spent 6-7 hours in last time instead we spent about 30 mins in there before having to get out as it was too cold to enjoy.. definitely ruined our visit this time around as we was expecting so much more..

Trendy hotel. Only gripe was they gave me a receipt for £357 yet I paid £473 via Expedia. When I questioned this they said that’s expedias commission should’ve booked direct, I said I checked direct immediately before booking and direct was dearer. No one could explain the mystery. Did leave me a bit frustrated that I could’ve got the room for £357 make sure you shop around for this hotel! Oh and don’t be fooled by the pool pictures like we were it’s tiny in there we felt like sardines in a tin, no where to put our towels. They perhaps need to limit the numbers that can go in at anytime. Korean cowgirl food was divine and the bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The sheets felt amazing!

I went to the Cave with my partner for my birthday, prior to booking I was so impressed with the visual seen on Instagram etc. When I got there the heating in the room did not work. We had to call up several times to ask for assistance. We were eventually moved after 3 hours to another room with the same issue. I was utterly disappointed, room was unclean, some staff members were rude, heating didn’t work, spa was extremely small, room service food is delivered in plastic bags with no cutlery. During checkout I was advise to send an email to express my concerns. It’s been three weeks and no one has bothered to get back to me. For the price we paid we expected a completely different experience. I will not be booking to stay here ever again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to.
