We liked that there was a restaurant to go to where you didn't have to go outside. We didn't like that there was no elevator since my husband is a disabled vet and cannot do stairs very well.

The inn did not have a room available for us. They said that we had canceled our reservation on 2/4/2024, but we had not canceled it. However, the staff person did her best to help us and was very nice, even calling us later in the night when a room became available.

The rooms was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Except the guy who checked us in. He was nice but wanted a $100 cash deposit (I did not pay it) even though there is a note on the door that says no cash excepted.

We rented 2 rooms - beautiful and clean! Well, our clock wasn't set (no biggie really), but when we woke up in the morning we thought we were past checkout time. So, we had a very short panic attack before realizing it was 8:42am lol. The desk clerk is a little doll! She works her butt off! Thank you for your service! :)

We were disappointed with our stay overall. The check-in process went smoothly and the front desk staff were great but the stay went downhill from there. Stinky, dirty rooms with stains on walls, curtains, and garbage cans that resembled blood. We overheard the breakfast worker talking about the “bad gravy” they were serving that she dumped out in front of us after we already ate it. We would not stay here again.

A little care for veterans appreciated.
As a veteran with back problems, I always request a first floor room. At check in I was given a second floor room. I ask if a first floor room was available. I was told a room was available on the first floor for an additional charge since it had two beds. So I carried my bags up the steps to the second floor.

its close to my destination, the restaurant is NICE; and this time, my room door chain lock was ripped out of the door! bed & room clean.
