Everywhere was dirty, lobby, hallways and the rooms. Photos on expedia (and the hotels direct website) are misleading. Including the free breakfast, there is no free breakfast. They claim the just started Reno’s on the breakfast room, but now looking back on google reviews, they’ve been “renovating” the space for 6 months. First room we were given (302), had a broken door lock with garbage stuffed in it. Went back to the lobby to switch rooms and the front desk staffed seemed annoyed that I wanted a new room and the one worker was adamant they inspected the room. Second room we were moved to (311), beds were clean (thankfully), but the floors weren’t, there was toothpaste/soap splashes all over the sink walls, the light around the mirror didn’t work and the floor wasn’t very clean.
Upon checkout, the front desk staff didn’t care it was dirty, nor did they care that we were annoyed about the breakfast. Offered us a discount to come back, won’t be stepping foot in their hotel again.
