The room was ok definitely outdated but plenty of space. When I arrived for my stay, the manager was in the phone via speaker talking to an employee about their work schedule. That was extremely unprofessional and did not acknowledge me until way after the 10 minute conversation was over then would stop talking to me to talk to the other workers in the room. it was extremely rude. Customers should always come first.

This property wasn't the cheapest but it should have been. No elevator for a 2 story hotel. Very narrow staircase which was extremely inconvienent. We put our do not disturb sign up and room was cleaned anyway. Prescription medicine that was left on the table was no longer there.

They didn’t clean our room. We had to wait for them to wash towels. Refrigerator didn’t work. Room smelled stale. No elevator. Facility needs to be updated.

Staff accommodating. The room -- I had to go to desk 3 times to request various necessary items..towels, washcloths. Request can of Lysol spray to attempt to clear themusty moldy smell in the room..I sprayed the carpet thoroughly and that seemed to disguise the odor. Just felt dirty..thankful for our flipflops

3 nights, during Mardi Gras, very clean , comfortable , and convenient . Excellent breakfast with good variety . AC and fridge practically silent . Definitely a repeat customer .

Life Safety Hazard Property.
All exterior doors are unlocked 24/7 creating a life safety hazard for employees and guests alike. This is not acceptable. Trash cans in rooms have no liners. Food, etc., is not adequately cleaned out. Trash can liners are needed. Curtains in Room 103 won’t close - used clothes hanger clips to keep them closed. Coffee creamer in room rock hard packets are very old.

We are deeply disappointed in our own selves for issues encountered. Hope to have reviewed and corrected concerns whilst at hotel to address any recommendations right away. Amenities are approved for use by brand and meet standards. Doors are unlocked to allow guests to be able to enter and exit doors at guest convenience. Sorry and hope you allow your future stays be addressed while at a hotel.

This was a short notice stay over. Checkin staff was very friendly. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Sofa was covered with dirty spots. Worst of all… woke up to bed bugs in the bed with us. Waiting to hear back from management.

Check in staff was very nice. Due to MY online booking error I was given a smoking room.and since the hotel was fully booked couldn't be changed. However I could barely detect any trace of smoking left in the room

The room smelled really bad. We asked for extra pillows because the pillows were so small and were informed that they didn’t give extra pillows. We were in a non-smoking room and the bath towels smelled like cigarette smoke. You couldn’t even dry your face because of the smell. The staff was friendly.

I'm terribly sorry that you had issues with your stay. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, we just don't have much extra to give but we could have given what we had.. I'm sorry that the CSR told you that. As far as the cigarette smell, I'm a little baffled by that. I wish we would have known about that so we could fix the problem.

Poor customer services. Dirty. Poor Housekeeping. Breakfast consisted of coffee and a breakfast bar. Poor management; unhelpful. Property in need of a renovation. Poor value; rates way too high for what you get.. Completely a very poor stay. Gives Wyndham a very brand rating.

This hotel was very expensive. When I arrived the bathroom was not clean. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. There was dead bugs on the floor. The toliet was dirty. There was rat poop in the night stand and behind the fridge where I went to plug something up. It look like pizza sauce on the lamp and the wall. I complained to the front desk and he came and looked. He apologized and said he couldn't give me a rufund but I could call the manager the next morning. I left and when I called the next morning they said I had used the toliet so they couldn't give me a refund.

From outdated dirty furniture and smelly accommodations, no elevator when it’s advertised, to dirty surrounding it was one of the worst or the worst hotel we have booked. We ended up, checking out and moving to the holiday in the 2 hours after we checked in We have a video and pictures.

Roaches in the bathroom, items left from the previous people staying in the room and per website and sign at the front desk continental breakfast included but was told after check in that there was no breakfast at all due to covid (that excuse is already getting old especially if they are not wearing mask anymore)
