Nettes Hotel mit super Lage
Das Hotel ist gemessen am Preis echt gut. Die Lage ist super und die Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall ein eigenes Kissen mitbringen. Die vorhandenen Kissen sind sehr dünn. Man hat aber die Möglichkeit ein Kissen im Hotel für 40 Euro zu kaufen. Aber wer will ein Kissen kaufen? Also eigenes Kissen mitbringen. Besonders anzumerken ist, dass das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und nett ist. Das Frühstück für 10.50 Euro ist super! Tolle Qualität und tolle Auswahl!

Exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist exzellent. Der Parkplatz mieten in Epernay direkt am Hotel ist Gold wert. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sind enorm überdurchschnittlich. Sauberkeit 1A. Frühstück gut, Betten und Kopfkissen ebenfalls. Zimmer und Dusche, nahezu barrierefrei, Beschriftung in Braille-Schrift zeigt den liebevollen Umgang mit den Gästen. Selbstverständlich wird aus einem alten Gebäude kein Neubau, aber die Vorteile einschließlich einer eigenen Mini Terrasse zum Garten führen für mich zur Bestbewertung.

preisgünstiges Hotel
Der Check-In erst ab 17h00 ist nicht zufriedenstellend! Die Zimmer im 1. Stock sind nur über ein schmales Treppenhaus ohne Lift erreichbar. Covid bedingt gab es kein Frühstücksbuffet sondern es musste Tags zuvor eine Liste ausgefüllt werden auf der aber weder Fleisch- oder Wurstwaren, noch Käse zu finden, dafür aber preisgünstig war.

Eher ein schlechtes Motel
Alles sehr ungepflegt und nur noch dazu gedacht schnelles Geld vom dummen Touristen zu machen. Ganz schlecht war das Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr muffig. Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.

Ruhiges Hotel in einer wunderschönen Champagner Landschaft. Das Hotel liegt 10-15 min zu Fuß von dem Stadtzentrum. Am Samstag Vormittag findet der Markt in der Stadt statt: sehr schön Genügend Parplätze vorhanden, auch wenn man spät ankommt.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Avenue de Champagne
Wir hatten eine Nacht für einen Zwischenstopp in Épernay gebucht. Die Lage erwies sich als sehr günstig, eine Minute zu Fuß zur Avenue des Champagne und über diese in ca. 10 min. ins Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel machte einen leicht heruntergekommenen, aber nicht schmuddeligen Eindruck. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, die Zimmer jedoch recht klein. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Alles war recht sauber, wirkte aber ein wenig veraltet (Teppichboden auf der Treppe, Fensterrahmen).. Gestört hat uns die laute Musik im Restaurant. Man konnte aber ruhig und gut schlafen.

One up from camping. Bed hard as rock. Pillows flat as a pancake. No sleep. Bad back. No facilities, no bar, no snacks, no food bathroom very good, clean, large shower. Wont stay here again.

I am a bit surprised at a couple of your comments.We are aware that some clients prefer more ample pillows which is why we provide a minimum of 4 per room with more available on request. We also have a bar, with the menu available at the reception in full view. We don't offer food at this point, an element that is clearly indicated on our website. However,we do work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

Great staff. Nothing was a problem we asked for a kettle and extra pillows and we got them. Breakfast was good. This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

This is a bare bones accommodation but the location is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a more desirable destination in the amazing town of Epernay.

Excellent location near prestigious avenue de Champagne. Very friendly and helpful staff and management. Free safe parking. I didnt see a lift and there is no air conditioning in rooms which is a pity by hot weather.

Very helpful new owners.
Great service by the new owners. Very helpful and full of great ideas to improve our stay. Location worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable but needing a modest refurbishment which the new owners are starting soon.
