Direkt an der Victoria Mall gelegen; sehr freundliches Personal; haben nach Gepäckverlust beim Hinflug sich um die Wiederbeschaffung der Koffer gekümmert, super Service; Reinigung erfolgt täglich; ebenfalls Handtuchtausch, obwohl die Handtücher nicht gewechselt werden sollten (waren noch auf der Stange), das könnte aus Umweltaspekten verbessert werden (nur tauschen, wenn der Gast es auch wünscht, so wie es auch vom Hotel angeboten wird ;-))

Inakzeptabel, laut, schmutzig, überteuert!
Vorweg gesagt, ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und deshalb ein mehrfaches des ortsüblichen Preises bezahlt. In meiner Buchung habe ich explizit um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, was mir am Empfang auch versichert wurde. Als wir schlafen gehen wollten stellten wir fest, dass das Bettlaken schmutzig war und die offensichtlich nicht gewechselt wurde. . Ich habe daraufhin 15 min lang versucht die Rezeption telefonisch zu erreichen. Als ich schließlich zur Rezeption ging meinte der Rezeptionionist dass die Telefonanlage mal wieder nicht ginge. Im Notfall kann das wertvolle Minuten kosten und im schlimmsten Fall tödlich enden, zum Beispiel bei einem Herzinfarkt. Dem Housekeeping schien das Lakenproblem bekannt zu sein, weil er nur die Laken, nicht aber die Kissenbezüge wechseln wollte. Als die Bettlaken nach 40 min gewechselt wäre habe ich versucht zu schlafen. Doch aufgrund der lärmenden Straße war das nicht möglich. Als ich dann um 3.45 Uhr fast einschlief klingelte plötzlich das Zimmertelefon und russian mich endgültig aus dem Schlaf. Beim Checkout gab es kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Alles in allem ist dies inakzeptabel!

The property was very nice overall. The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The pool area was separated from the main property but a very easy walk of only 2 minutes. It was very nice with a good sized pool plus a small gym and a steam room and dry sauna and changing areas. The property is attached to a small mall with a Carrefour and a movie theater and a number of restaurants so you really don't have to go far. It is very close to the airport and the free shuttle only takes 10 minutes or so. Overall, I would recommend this place.

No había jabón de manos, no podían cambiar toallas, por falta de piezas extras. Tuvieron que llevarse las mismas toallas para lavarlas durante el día. Las camas eran más pequeñas de lo Normal. El clóset se habría súbitamente en mitad de la noche prendiéndose la luz. La seguridad del hotel poco eficiente Para llevar a la alberca hay que cruzar el estacionamiento en traje de baño, es muy incómodo El acceso del mall al hotel carece de seguridad para cruzar de un lado a el otro El peor hotel en mi estancia en África.

Great choice for the night of arrival or departure from Entebbe airport for those flying to Europe. Clean, neat, comfortable beds, AC, 24 hour room service and a free airport shuttle. A bit pricey, but worth it since we were flying out at midnight.

We liked this hotel - very nice rooms and fantastic pool area. The hotel is close to Victoria Mall and across the street from a crafts center. Good location. The service in the cafe was very slow and needs to be improved. This is a good choice for a stop over in Entebbe.

This is a good hotel in Entebbe. It is adjacent to a mall with some restaurants and shopping options. The hotel is well maintained and has a pool and garden in the back of the property. The staff was very attentive and nice. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel. They are 10 min to the airport and provide free and very nice airport transfers. It is walkable to a mall, eating, great markets, and a botanical garden. The staff is great and so accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. We stay here every time we come-which is 3 times a year. Highly recommend.

I am a solo female traveler and felt very safe staying at this hotel! This was the best hotel I stayed in Uganda during my two-week trip. The service and the staff are all incredible. The amenities are great, and the restaurant serves delicious food. I loved all the options offered for breakfast every morning! Also, the hotel is in a great location. It's attached to a mall, and I walk to the main entrance daily. I enjoyed eating at the Middle Eastern attached to the mall, and the neighborhood is very safe. The room is quiet with blackout curtains, so it was nice to be able to take a nap every day! Lastly, it's great that they offer free transport to and from the airport! I will stay at this hotel again when I return to Uganda next summer.

This was one of the BEST Best Westerns I have ever stayed in. The signage is a bit confusing and you have to walk accross a parking lot to get to the pool area, but those minor details did not interrupt a very pleasant stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was nice and included a balcony. The pool area was quite lovely. This was a great place to stay before heading to the airport.

Only spent a short night there, but the staff was friendly and helpful in the booking process and airport pickup. Tim, the driver, picked me up from the airport and helped with my bags all the way to my hotel room. He was pleasant which was nice after the long travel. The included breakfast buffet was ok, and the AC in the room struggled to cool the room. But overall I was satisfied and would recommend Best Western in Entebbe.

Since opening this hotel has been a must stay each year when I visit Uganda. I love the conscientious staff, clean facilities and comfortable rooms. Victoria Mall is a great place for dinner, coffee, access to the supermarket and the MTN Service Center. Also their shuttle service to the airport tops any that I have used before.
