We do value your feedback, which has been shared with the relevant management and staff to facilitate improvement with regards customer service and maintenance where applicable. After some investigation with regards the mini fridge, I believe that you rang our four star sister hotel in Shannon and were discussing this arrangement with a member of their reservations staff and not ours. We are not able to provide fridges in the bedrooms, but would have been happy to store items on your behalf in our small domestic fridge behind reception which is manned 24/7. The vicinity of your bedroom is generally a quieter wing, but being Summer holidays we are fully booked most nights and the noise level is understandably higher at this time of the year with extra children and guests in house. We have soft refurbishments planned and underway in various areas of the hotel; the bedrooms being one of those areas.We apologise for not meeting your expectations during your stay and hope that you will return to give us an opportunity to exceed your expectation at a quieter time of the year.
