didn't have towels, wash cloths, or soap. asked for them and never got them. the door was so warped I could see outside. the toilet was cracked and leaked sewage into bathroom.

Door to my room had a gap between the door and threshold. I could put my hand under it. Also, the door was falling apart and seemed unsafe. Tv had no remote, room was dirty, also bathroom was dirty. I mean you get what you pay for though.

It is extremely run down, misrepresented in pictures, made for long term people not doing good. The first sign before walking in the office is that drugs and alcohol arent welcome which is clearly put there for show once you spend 5 minutes in the parking lot. The room wasnt ready until 2 hours after check in which was a blessing because we didnt feel safe and werent confident our rental car would still be there is we stayed the night. I tried to cancel the reservation but i wasnt able to because even though we made the check in time the motel didnt so we had to pay for a totally different place. I will never use expedia again.

There was bed bug all over the bed when we came in at around 10pm. No one want to sleep with bed bug... That was freaking out for us and our kids, so we refused to stay, neither choose another room, and asked for refund. We still not received the refund back. That a terible place, and unprofessional manager.

Do not stay here
When we checked in we were told there were new extra towels come to find they're were none in the room. Everything was dirty. There was a make shift Crack pipe left on the light fixture. The refrigerator was not cooling. If i cpuld have gotten a refund or no penalties for changing my arrangements i would have and gone somewhere else. I did not feel safe at all. Ine if the nifhts there several police cars outside arresting someone

Didnt feel safe and hotel is not maintained
This was my worst experience in a hotel people were drying their cloths outside. And i didn't feel safe there. I stayed their for 30 mins. Then i left the place without saying anything because i know its of no use. I booked other hotel in city and slept there. Better safe then sorry. Cops were roaming around looks like they were looking for someone in the hotel. Hotel needs lot os repairs.

Absolutely Disgusting!!
This place is very bad! Checked in and as soon as my mom and I entered the room it had a very bad smell! There was beer caps and food crumbs on the floor, the tv was blasting loud, bed sheets were very badly stained, walls were smeared with who knows what, toilet was filthy, hair in the shower and on the floor, tv was missing in kitchenette,no smoke detectors or anything in this place made us feel safe! Immediately went back to front desk to get a refund and lady said she could not help.Some cleaning staff was in the office when I went to complain and they were very rude and obnoxious! As I was walking out they started cussing at my mother and I! Worst part about it is that they would not refund my money and I was only there for not even 5 minutes!! Very terrible place! I have submitted a report to the BBB!!

So Bad!
Room seemed unfinished. Sleeping was all I used it for. Smelled fouls too. Dead roach stuck on the wall. Floor board missing. No iron, wall had so many discoloration not sure from mold or what.

Llegue a las 7 pm para hacer el check in , me dieron la llave y cuando subí a la cuarto no estaba listo , no loe habían limpiado , la resecciónista groceramente me dijo que no tenía más disponibilidad , que si quería podia esperar para mandar a limpiar el cuarto , de lo contrario que regresara al día siguiente para pedir un posible reembolso, con un manager , al no tener otra opción espere que lo limpiaran en 15 minutos , en fin la atención al cliente pésima , pelos en toda la bañadora , mal olor , la ubicación bastante conveniente

The room I stayed in had a problem with the lock mechanism. My key wouldn’t work and I had to speak with the staff 4 times. Then she tried to open it with her master key and failed. It’s hit or miss just to get into the room I reserved. She told me: “Just don’t leave the room.” I would recommend booking somewhere else. This place isn’t where you want to take a break, trust me.

Broken microwave
It was a last minute stay and you cant beat $50 for 2 double beds & a kitchenette. However, it was horrible. Hard ass bed and itchy sheets, broken lights, moldy bathroom, only 2 towels, trash all in the parking lot. All of this would have been acceptable BUT the microwave was broken!!! I digress, in all, like most motel 6 rooms, you get what you pay for.
