The restaurant is terrible offering greasy unhealthy food at an extraordinary high price! The worse ever restaurant I have ever been. The room next door was having loud music and something like a party, when I called the front desk they seemed allow that and moved me to a different room, but why not move the ones who are loud!!! No extra supplies like lamps, kettle per customer request! Per the front desk, they don’t offer it because other hotels also don’t offer it! What a good reply! Definitely not worth the money….

Bed had wrinkled dirty sheets on it. Visible oil markings mid-way down the sheets where someone would lay and hairs. Requested new sheets & made the bed myself. Asked if I would like housekeeping during my stay when I checked in. I said no as I was only staying 2 nights & don’t like them entering for such a short stay. Housekeeping entered my room when I was gone. This was not appreciated when I said no. Prepaid room & requested a printed folio at checkin and checkout. This would not be accommodated either. At checkin they said at checkout. At checkout they said not possible. It’s possible at other hotels that you prepay for. Found this odd.

I couldn’t sleep well because I can hear somebody shouting on the street even if windows are closed. The area around is very unsafe, the hotel reception does not treat well, the vending machine was not working for water, and when asked for help they said we cannot come for help, they instead sent water bottles.

Check-in was a delight, very friendly and down-to-earth conversation. Our stay was very quiet despite the hotel being busy. We liked that it was walkable to Roger's Place. The bathroom had some hairs on the floor that would have been nice not to encounter, and the toilet seat was a little overboard (some kind of large, special attached seat with heating and bidet features; it looked like you could launch a space shuttle from it). The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were very plump, I was glad to have my own along for the trip. We did not use the pool or restaurant during this stay.

Great rooms, very nice place. The only issue we had was with the pool. The pool itself was very cloudy and didn't look clean. There was visible dirt on the pool bottom near the ladders, so we decided not to swim. I did let the front desk staff know when we checked out.

Stayed 5 days. Never again. I was overcharged for parking, the hotel is insanely noisy, pillows are awful asked for others and got a throw cushion, asked for a blanket and never got it, hot tub was broken, restaurant is never open when we needed (during the day or at night) insanely noisy hotel from Both inside and outside noise.

It feels like the property is trying, but having a tough time. The staff is very friendly and nice but the property needs some cleaning, this particular part of the street seems a bit rough (Cops were in front of the property several times and in the lobby), the pool area was really not clean or well kept. The biggest disappointment was dining. There are all these pictures of great dishes and on the ad-boards in the elevators and in front of the restaurant, and none of it was available. They had a buffet with what I believe was food taken out on the daily and re-used. the bacon smelled rancid. It was extremely poor. I'm not sure why they have so many pictures of food they do not serve throughout the hotel. Seems very odd.
