Die Klimaanlage konnte technisch nicht komplett ausgeschaltet werden, sodass man vor lauter Lärm nicht schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück war nichts Besonderes. Die Lage ist aber super.

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gute Betten, sehr gute Lage zum Zentrum. Frühstück einfach, Frühstücksraum zu klein und zu laut. Defekte Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer wurde, trotz Reklamation, nicht behoben; auch keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Lage perfekt. Service ebenso. Frühstücken muss man im Yotel zum Gück ja nicht unbedingt. Gibt viel besseres um die Ecke. Nur eine Bettdecke ist auch nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Und gegen die Aktivitäten nachts aus dem Nachbarzimmer kann das Yotel ja auch nichts. 😉

Ein super Hotel und Zimmer mit minimalen Defiziten, aber das ist Jammern auf höchsten Niveau. Zu warm (Zimmer und Hotel allgemein), trotz Klimaanlage, deshalb keine Möglichkeit ein Fenster zu öffnen, keine WC-Bürste, Licht im Bad nur am Eingang zu bedienen. Leider kein Kaffee/Tee direkt auf dem Zimmer. Dafür ein super bequemes Bett mit viel Platz, Fernsehen mit Chromecast, stabiles Internet, genug Steckdosen mit USB, reichlich Spiegel und Schränke, Kühlschrank und gratis Safe, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, Föhn. Und sensationell gute Seifen und Cremes von Urban Jungle (duften super!). Ebenerdige Dusche mit Handbrause, guter Wasserdruck, einfache Bedienung, Wassertemperatur ist auf das Grad genau einstellbar. Sehr nettes Personal, alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig. Drumherum toller Service, Wäschedienst, gratis Hygieneartikel in den offenen Waschräumen. Alles hochwertig und in gutem Zustand. Drumherum ein Hotel zum Wiederkommen und empfehlen.

Keine Vorrichtung um das Badetuch aufzuhängen. Nach dem Duschen steht man direkt vor dem großen Fenster. Man muss deshalb immer vor dem Duschen den Sichtschutz beim Fenster hinunterziehen. Sonst sehr sauber und modern. Sehr bequeme Betten und sehr ruhig.

All good! Gym was great, staff was very kind and helpful. Located perfectly to explore the city. Our bathroom could have used some work (shower door didn't close properly, low water pressure), but that didn't bother us too much. We enjoyed our stay!

Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Ausstattung mit Duschgel, Schampoo und Handcreme war klasse. Was uns im Zimmer gefehlt hat waren mehr Hacken für Handtücher und generell mehr Stauraum. Für 2 Personen war es zu wenig.

Super gelegenes Hotel in New Town. Viele Dinge sind fussläufig zu erreichen und trotz Lage an einer Hauptstraße ist es drinnen sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich, cool und immer bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit der Gäste zu klären. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und alles ist funktional, also gut durchdacht. Die Gäste sind überwiegend jünger und es herrscht ein sehr internationales Flair. Ich würde wieder kommen. :-)

Hotel is situated at a good location for exploring the city. The room was clean and I liked the hotel bar. The AC is very annoying, since it powers up itself after some time although it had been shut off manually. Since I had an accessible room there was a really long and weird hallway after entering the room where the light sensor was located.I had to walk regularly back to the door to reactivate the lights which was very annoying since this sensor is also the only way to activate the light in the bathroom. Very bad design decision to only have one sensor for the light.The door lock was very loose and didn't seem very safe.

Property was less than average in terms of cleanliness and service. My shower and toilet area had orange and black mold and the shower leaked water on the floor every time. The cafe closes at 10AM daily and when I asked front desk staff for a recommendation to eat brunch he said that I should just walk down the street and I’d find one. Neighborhood is very walkable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Yotel Edinburgh, from easy check in, friendly staff, free suitcase hold, comfortable reclining bed and exotic looking bar.

This was an excellent property for amenities and location. Parking was inconvenient—about 1/2 mile away. The internet was spotty. Had internet been running properly and it was not pouring rain when walking back from parking lot this would have been an excellent experience. (Staff did provide umbrellas for walk)

Location is great, everything walkable within 20-25 mins! Away from old town’s noise (you don’t want to stay there), surrounded by good cafe and restaurants. Really nice, modern and clean hotel.

Having a kettle for tea or coffee would have been great. I loved how efficiently everything was organized in a small space. Good buffet breakfast.
