„Friends and I stayed at Daniel's place for The Oaks + Derby Weekend and the house was perfect! Short ride to Churchill Downs, clean house, quiet street, plenty of space to park in the driveway and speedy communication with host. Will look to book again the next time we are planning to be in town!“

„We were in town for just a quick trip. Looking looking short notice for a hotel to accommodate 5 is not easy and we were lucky enough to find this house. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed. My only regret is that we didn't have a reason to stay longer and enjoy it more. „Location was very convenient for our outings in Louisville with a rental car/uber. Couldn’t beat the riverfront location and all the amenities at the unit. „Really enjoyed our stay. The house is well suited for multiple families. We were in town with some friends for a baseball tournament. Friends took the lower level unit and we took the upper unit. Living room and dining room in upper unit were both big enough for all of us to visit together. Then, at the end of the evening, we had our own space. Communication with the host was excellent. „We stayed for 3 nights - house was clean and as advertised. Nice quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, we enjoyed sitting and watching birds and BBQing in the yard. Good location, easy to and from airport, and Louisville, waterfront park and pedestrian bridge were nice and close. House was clean, kitchen had what we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in this area.“

„This was the cleanest most well designed cabin I have ever been in. It has all the perks while being spacious and roomy. I wish we had more time to stay but we had a family emergency and were in late and out early. Loved the decor. The deer greated us coming in the drive, one designated himself Chief of Security as he watched us unload, his ears twitching this way and that. He was funny.“
