- Riesenbaustelle neben dem Hotel und direkt am Strand, die u.a. sehr laut waren - Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie wurde nicht bereit gestellt - Tour Agent nur schwierig bzw. via WhatsApp erreichbar - Sehr nette Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin, aber auch unfreundliche Mitarbeiter - Nur 1x täglich Shuttle zur Nakheel Mall. Weitere Shuttles werden nicht angeboten - Wenig Geschirr und Besteck

( ) Very good price/value ratio, very nice staff, very clean (thanks Ramat & Ahmad!), great / large rooms (apartment with 176m2), super rich breakfast, beautiful new facility, daily several bottles of water free in the room, check-in was possible at short notice without surcharge from 10 am, very suitable for large families (we were 5, kids 14 and 9 years old), beautiful pool area and beach. (-) Big construction site next to the hotel (very loud from 8 am - 6 pm), no connection to public transport (cab needed), next train stop at Atlantis water park (30 min walk), next stop to Hop-On/Hop-Off bus also at Atlantis, communication between reception & cab driver not always good (cab driver charged more than agreed), no restaurants, bars, shops near the hotel

We had a great stay at Windham and thoroughly enjoyed our spacious one bedroom apartment. The resort, pool and beach area are clean, well organized and activities are available like boating and boarding and more. The restaurants offerings were good but room service food was definitely to be improved. The housekeeping staff who took care of our room were wonderful and very helpful with all our requests. We will definitely be back to Windham as soon as possible! Thank you to all the staff!

We enjoyed our stay at Wyndham residences. The staff was very friendly and polite! Spacious rooms,comfortable beds, everything you need to enjoy your vacation! The beach is very quiet and clean, very relaxing! Breakfast is amazing, a lot of choices and everything is so delicious! We highly recommend this hotel!

Good staff howver the moment i wanted a shower i learnt after running water for over 20 mins. Then the switch wasnt starting and needed changing . So it took another hour to get the heat working Then there was an issue with the flush that required getting house keeping to make that functional again. The floor around the best had broken glass and had not been cleaned adequately.

That is a good hotel to stay in Dubai
Excellent hotel featuring a satisfying breakfast and spacious rooms. However, the accessibility to the pool posed challenges due to constantly changing rules. At times, only the room number was needed, while on other occasions, a multi-day bracelet was required. The validity of the bracelet varied, sometimes lasting only a day before needing replacement. Additionally, some days necessitated both the bracelet and room number for entry. The demarcation of spaces for hotel guests was unclear, resulting in two relocations. Unlike residents who enjoyed access to premium areas, hotel guests were situated in less prominent areas.
