Ein super Hotel für Familien. Das Zimmer absolut top, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wir haben die 9 Nächste sehr genossen und konnten uns super entspannen. Auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Shuttle-Bus in die Malls haben wir sehr geschätzt. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

I must say ! Absolutely stunning and beautiful! Service is more than excellent! Specifically front desc stuff, in Special Mr. Vikas ( concierge) amazing kindness and quality of Service ! All met leaders and workers of different functions made an perfect job ! I had an IT issue which was completely solved by IT specialist in few minutes … food funtastic … hotel room super quite and stunning sea view, the bed a dream ! We really loved it ! Very well-trained and friendly staff who are always willing to help and try to fulfill every wish. The food is of a very high standard, which we really liked in the all-inclusive package. The private beach is also very well maintained - the staff are very attentive and serve quickly. Room service also always worked quickly and cleanly. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back in the future. Small tip for improvement: There was sometimes very little going on in the hotel in the evenings in March. In other 5 star hotels it is common to have live music from artists playing while having a few drinks. If this were planned at least 3-4 days a week, it would be a perfect hotel stay at Taj Exotica Dubai. Feel free to open the game room until midnight instead of 10 p.m.

Das Hotel ist wirklich super, Essen absolute Oberklasse. Das Personal ist fürsorglich und hilft in jeder Situation. In die Stadt oder Marina kommt man nur mit Taxi oder Shuttle, aber dies ist in Dubai sehr preiswert.

Wir haben uns echt auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Die Zimmer eine Katastrophe !! Wenn man schon die Zimmer betritt ist es eine Wand von Geruch die ich leider nicht in Worte fassen kann. Frühstück ist fast nur für Inder, wer eine Indischen Touch bekommen will sollte aufjedenfall hin, sonst glaubt mir zahlt 500€ und nimmt euch ein anderes Hotel. Von Schimmel bis hin zu Spinnen und Schimmel im Whirlpool haben wir alles erlebt.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt . Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend, der Empfang war warm und herzlich, mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk und eine hübsche Muschelkette wurde uns umgelegt welche für Glück und Gesundheit steht. Wir konnten sogleich das grosszügige Zimmer beziehen noch vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit. Das Zimmer bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Badeschuhe (FlipFlops) und Badetasche erhält jeder Gast als Geschenk. Am ersten Abend wurde uns Früchte und Schokolade aufs Zimmer gebracht als Willkommensgeschenk. 2x täglich wird das Zimmer gereinigt. Am letzten Abend gab es erneut etwas Süsses aufs Zimmer. Das Spa bietet Ayurveda und grossartige Indische Massagen an. Auch da ist der Service top. Es gibt ein grosser Pool mit 2 Bars sowie ein Kinderpool mit Spielplatz. Für die Kids gibt es ein Kidsclub mit vielen Aktivitäten sowie für Kinder ab 10 steht ein Medienraum zur Verfügung. Liegen und Cabanas am Pool und am privatem Beach sind kostenlos. Frühstückbuffet war vielfältig mit Life Musik. Es gibt verschiedenste Restaurants welche man für das Abendessen zur Verfügung hat. Kulinarisch bietet das Hotel alles auf höchsten Niveau. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Bei der Ankunft gab es Geschenke für die Kids und Getränke für uns. Wasser wurde uns immer wieder kostenlos gebracht und stand überall bereit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Top top Hotel!

TOP Hotel auf der Palm Jumeirah Die Zufahrt dauert recht lange, auch wenn die Entfernungen per Luftlinie nur ein paar Kilometer sind. Wenn man häufiger in die City will, muss man mit längeren Fahrzeiten rechnen. Der Gamesroom ist mit Playstation, Airhockey, Kicker, Jenga, Schach, usw. sehr abwechslungsreich ausgestattet und hat meinem Neffen und mir viel Spaß gemacht. Pool, Zimmer, Restaurants sind schön, aber nicht außergewöhnlich - immerhin ist man in einem 5* Hotel in Dubai.

All the staff were professional and went beyond what we expected. Vitkas was amazing treated my wife on her birthday, it made the day even more special! Highly highly recommend this resort! They are top notch and go beyond to make sure your stay is amazing

Nice new hotel , friendly staff , good food , the only bad thing was the smell of the room !! We asked the house keeping to help with this issue but nothing they did help !! Really bad smell specially in the toilets!!!

This hotel needs a good management. We stayed 7 nights hotel has perfect location nice hotel but if you can’t manage then it is meaningless. We have complained about the AC problem everyday but it was fixed the last day. My 3 yr old son got infected from the pool and still suffering with open wounds on his chest. And the worst part is we didn’t see any smiling and welcoming faces. Even when we were at the breakfast no good service but they had a vip guest and even the chef came to their table. Not recommended.

An average 5 star. We were not impressed and somehow disappointed. Prior to arrivals we have requested an early check in, which was not met on arrival ( explaining our long travels with 2 young children). The room was an okay room facing a noisy back road with lorry deliveries all the time. We had no senior management or anyone approach us ever checked on us during 6 nights stay. Food was okay, nothing expressive. Children’s entertainment basic. We won’t be returning.
