Sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Wir hatten Blick auf den Burj Khalifa. Der Pool ist ein wenig klein für ein so großes Hotel. Aufgrund des Baus von weiteren Hochhäusern in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gab es teils Baulärm. Ingesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Sehr große Dauerbaustelle mit massiver 24/7 Lärmbelastung. Fußboden im Zimmer sind dreckig! Personal hat sich tagelang geweigert ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Dann wurden uns ein stinkendes Raucherzimmer zugewiesen! Völlig unakzeptabler Zustand! Nie wieder Radisson. Werde jetzt auch bei anderen Reiseanbietern buchen da Expedia hier massiv enttäuscht!

Good business hotel in Business Bay
I spent there 5 nights for a business trip. It is nicely located by the canal in Business Bay and is a 20-30 minutes walk away from the Dubai mall. Personal is very helpful and dedicated. Big thank you to Hamou from the reception and to Lisa, Valairie and Ramerick from the Business lounge team that made my stay a great experience. I got the chance to be upgraded to a suite with Burj view. The suite was large with all the equipment needed. It is not the most luxurious 5 stars hotel you will find in Dubai but for the price it has all what you expect.

Der Service und der Empfang in dem Hotel waren einzigartig, auch alles im Bereich Frühstück (Räumlichkeiten, Personal, Auswahl) war Weltklasse. Das Zimmer war auf dem 1. Blick sehr schön mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick auf den Burj Khalifa (wie gebucht). Leider sah man im Hotel viele Gebrauchsspuren, die einem 5-Sterne-Hotel nicht würdig waren. Das hat dem Gesamtbild sehr geschadet.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war schrecklich. Es wurde in diesen 2 Wochen einmal gestaubsaugt, die Tische wurden nie geputzt, Handtücher wurden oft vergessen...man merkt einfach, dass sie keine Lust haben zu Arbeiten. Schlecht schlecht schlecht... Der Service am Pool wie auch vor dem Hotel ist super! Die Rezeption arbeitet mit einer langen Leitung. Das heisst, wenn man was braucht, muss man etwa 20-30 Minuten warten.

It was a very nice trip. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice breakfast buffet. The pool area was good. The rooms were big, clean and modern. Nothing to complain with. The location is very nice, if you like to stay somewhere down town and like to walk around and not only use taxis during your stay.
