Ein super gepflegtes Hotel, Sauberkeit und Höflichkeit sind kaum zu übertreffen. Das Frühstück ist zwar überschaubar, aber ich finde völlig ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und höflich. Der Rooftop Pool, welcher zwar nicht zum Hotel gehört und extra bezahlt werden muss ist aber außerordentlich. Der Service dort war grandios. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Das Zimmer war okey leider war die isolierung nicht so gut man hörte alles im Gang und draussen die Musik. Für einen Erholungs Urlaub ist es nicht geeignet. Sie haben viel zu wenig Liegen am Beach und wenn man 1std weg gegangen ist vom Platz und man zurück kam war eine andere Person an unserem Platz. Sie sagte wir waren zu lange weg und sie dürfe den Platz einnehmen. Das finden wir schrecklich weil unsere Sachen waren noch auf der Liege. Das Hotel würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen.

L’hotel a un accès plage très agréable sur la Palm en revanche à noter que c’est bruyant le soir. La douche fuyait vers le lit car les joints n’étaient pas étanches et une odeur d’algue avait imprégné le tapis… Je suis membre Radisson et pourtant aucune remise sur les achats au café ou room service et pas possible de mettre la note sur la chambre. Petit déj pas terrible sur le rooftop qui est en construction et pas très propre pour un 4*…

There was no microwave, our room smelled like sewage, someone threw a glass on our balcony, and way too many prostitutes around the area. Too many clubs and a very unsafe environment not family friendly at all.

Just an overall poor experience. The room was clean but very simple. The staff are inexperienced and lost our bags on check in. I was charged twice for the room and had to spend time to rectify the mistake by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, I booked the hotel twice. I was promised a refund both verbally and in writing on WhatsApp (the message was later deleted). The hotel management refuses to refund the second stay. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet is probably the worst I had in years in both choice and quality

This place pretend to be upscale beach-front hotel. But after one night stand there I should share my own experience. Room: Despite it's BEACH hotel - room is pretty small, balcony is extrimellly small and doens't have any handle to dry swimwear after beach. It's ridiculouse. Bath area is very small. There is no handle or hooks for towels, there is even no door to divide bath area and common area. Despite it's room for 2 in bathroom I found only 1 tooth brush. But my general disapointment is breakfast. Despite night price hotel provide very limited vatiouse of food. But most annoing is big bowl with butter which just chopped by cubes and dropped in common bowl. And bowl with sugar. I really don't understand why ALL guest should take one spoon to take sugar from shared bowl. And yes, despite you stay in upscale hotel they even can't give you tea spoon, instead of that you'll get stik like you visit deli on gas station. It's most herrinle experience ever.

Unbelievable noise from outside beach clubs - extremelly loud music played through evening till 3 am!! Windows completellly not soundproof, we couldn’t sleep till 3 am - horrible experience. Staff at the pool and at beach lounge nit trained, poor english, rude. Would never stay there again!!

Nice hotel but not for families with kids...
Great hotel for its location near West Beach and room views but not so great for families with kids. No ramp for strollers when you go out from the hotel. You get access to the beach for free and sunbeds are very comfortable but you have to get there early. A bit ridiculous and embarrassing for Dubai standards that they are checking bags at the entrance on the beach as apparently you are not even allowed with water from their own hotel. No access to the rooftop pool unless you pay a fee. Also it was my husband's birthday and I have informed them in advance but he didn't even receive a card. It seems that the standards are getting lower in Dubai. In previous years service was excellent but now I can see that is no longer the case and everything is more expensive.

Really impressed!
Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. We went to the Esco-bar and the black flamingo. Black flamingo salmon, truffle mash, corn, California roll and chicken tenders were amazing! Our favourite was Esco-bar as it had more choice, we had steak and prawn quesadillas a few times as they tasted so good! The Nachos were delicious too and very big! The lemon calamari was yummy too! The aircon was quite slow and took a long time to cool the room down. We like to sleep in quite a cool room and so the first night was a bit warm for us but we mentioned to the staff and they explained that it can take a while so we put it on early the next night and was fine from then. We used the pool for a few hours on the last day which was a really nice area. We didn’t end up using the rooftop pool, gym or spa. We had a corner view room which had great views! The hotel has a really nice chill vibe and was super clean and fresh!
