Es ist ein modernes Hotel mit freundliche und zuvorkommendem Personal. Es hat einen Wunderschönen Infinitipool und zusätzlich hat es zwei Strandanschnitte die man nutzen kann. In der Umgebung hat es ein Einkaufszentrum und viele Restaurants.

Ich war von 7.1-13.1.24 mit meiner Tochter im Hotel , wir hatten in der 10 Etage ein Studio uns gemietet die Zimmern waren schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber ,unser Bett war schön groß und bequem die Decke aus Dauen war sehr kuschelig Die Kissen auch bequem es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt .Die dusche war schön mit Regendusche es hat uns nicht gefehlt war alles da .Mann kriegt 2Flachen stilles Wasser jeden Tag. Frühstück Bereich konnte mann draußen oder drinnen Speisen , viel Auswahl .vor allem gab es auch im hotel ein Rooftop Swimmingpool mit blick auf die Palme (Palm Jumeirah). Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets hilfsbereit vor allem wenn man zb Toilettenpapier haben möchte geben Sie die direkt aufs Zimmer. Die Reinigungskraft arbeiten hart bis zum Abend und dafür auch Sorgfältig. Fitnessraum war auch gut eingerichtet und aktuelle Geräte vorhanden was mann für den Ganzkörper braucht. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr sicher gefühlt.Die Fenster waren sehr dicht mann hat kein Lärm gehört .

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet jedoch würde ich es nicht ein zweites Mal buchen. Im Badezimmer unseres Zimmers ist Wasser ausgelaufen beim Duschen bis hinaus in den Gang. Nachdem ich das gemeldet hatte wurde es laut Techniker repariert. Weitere Tage darauf war das selber Problem immer noch vorhanden und ich hatte 2 weitere Male reklamiert. Nach der vierten Reklamation wurden wir endlich ernst genommen aber auch nur weil ich den Hotel Manager sprechen wollte. Da es sich nicht mehr lohnte das Zimmer zu wechseln (es sei ein Architektur Problem)wurden wir mit einem Gutschein für ein Mittagessen vertröstet. Des Weiteren hatten wir beim Check- in das Frühstück für unseren Aufenthalt dazu gebucht was nicht korrekt im System eingetragen wurde vom Hotel. Drei Tage aufeinander wurde uns jedes Mal nach dem Frühstück vom Personal gemeldet dass wir kein Frühstück inkludiert hätten. Nachdem ich an der Rezeption reklamiert hatte versicherte man mir es sei nun korrekt angepasst worden. Beim Check-out stellte sich dann heraus dass es wieder nicht der Fall ist und wir das Frühstück noch zahlen müssen. Also wieder reklamieren und die Zahlung nachweisen. Kostbare Zeit unseres Urlaubs ist mit Reklamationen und Richtigstellungen verloren gegangen...

The stay was okay!
We usually give quite good ratings but have to be honest this time. Even though the hotel was built i 2023, the hotel seems to be 10+ years old. It was built in the most cheap way possible. So many defaults in the room, especially the bathroom. The pool area and furniture looks like they have been in use for more than 10 years. Furniture not clean in the pool area and especially not in the room. Staff really seem to try their best and some of them are really nice but everything seems a bit chaotic. Clear lack of good management of the staff. No dishwasher even though stated in the room description. Washing machine available and detergent was complimentary which was very nice. It just sometimes took a few calls and a few hours for housekeeping to bring the items to our room. We were placed (with a 4-month-old infant) quite close to the main road and the room was terribly noisy. After complaining they told us to stay the night because the hotel was fully booked. We had a bad night due to the noise coming from the road. The next day we were, however, upgrated to a tad larger room which was much more quiet. This was great. But still, the bathroom done so poorly and stains everywhere around in the room (carpets, floor, bedroom). Very nice bed linen though and clean bed linen. Absolutely not proper cleaning of the floors - very dirty. Slippers brown underneath after two days of wearing inside. Breakfast good in the cafe. Buffet breakfast extremely noisy and poor selection.

Alles ist gut, bis auf die laute Musik am Pool und auch am Meer. Am Meer wird man auch vom Nachbarsclub mit der Musik beschallt. Da müsste eine andere Lösung kommen von den Beachclubs…

Leider konnte man ins Pool und an den Strand erst ab 8:00 schwimmen gehen ???? Für Frühausteher ist dies zu spät .Würde das Hotel wieder buchen , da Preis / Leistung passt

Lovely hotel, cosy bed, lush towels, clean hotel, nice gym, good selection for breakfast. Lovely premiere lounge. However very unhappy that after a week was unable to get a lounger on the beach apparently this is private and does not belong to the hotel so it is FCFS or is it for paying visitors? This is why we booked this hotel. The receptionist said she will see if she could arrange something for us to get a lounger but nothing happened. Not a beach view as this hotel is not directly on the beach or have access to the beach. V disappointing as I requested a sea view - on a low floor could see much and bed faces the large apartment opposite. Tried to book two extended days as flight was delayed and was told by FOH there were no rooms although we were told the night before you had rooms. We booked via Expedia to get rooms at the hotel. Inconsistent housekeeping and had to ask 3/4 times to have my room serviced over the week and items not replenished. Attention to detail is required. Breakfast too busy a lot of people. A man at the front of the hotel said he’d order me a taxi saying he could order a ‘hotel taxi’, he gave us a receipt and when we got to the airport the driver wanted more money although we had arranged a price at the hotel. Appalling. No welcome drink on arrival. More attention required and care at this hotel.

Hotel was very clean with amazing staff. Careem checked us in and did a great job explaining the amenities and property to us. Hotel is in great location, just across the street from a big mall with many dining & shopping options including grocery stores. View from the hotel rooftop pool and bar is worth staying at the hotel alone. Rooftop bar (view 180) is open until 2am everynight and the views are geat. Would stay at this hotel again and recommend to anyone.

Great stay at NH Collection. Very good location, beach was a 2 mins walk and on the doorstep of many dining options on the West Beach. Loved the free valet service! Breakfast options were ok, helped that you had a choice of two places.

Nice view and great pool
Hotel is better than expected, nice gym and pool, staff welcoming great, cleaning staff super kind but the pool bar ladies at the 180 bar aren’t very nice, my son felt uncomfortable of how rude they are, also they always look unwelcoming all the times we went to the pool, waitress are nice though… but apart from that all great!

Not a high season hotel. The room not ready in time. The pool bar staff forgets your orders, twice. Pool closed early for a private party. Breakfast so full that you prefer to pay in their other restaurant to avoid long waiting time. The corridor outside the room smells like a public toilet. Plus for a washing machine and kitchen if need such things.

The hotel is good - good value for the money. Only things to point out, sports cafe lack in food quality (good for drinks), same with the restaurant/lunch bar on M floor. The roof top saves it regarding food and quality. Other then that this hotel needs to invest in more elevators - too many people and to little elevators. All in all, ok hotel.

The staff at the hotel were incredible. So eager to help and assist. As soon as I came in, a staff member came to help with my suitcase. Any time I left the hotel, staff members helped me with taxis etc. I also needed some information that they were so helpful with. The one downside I would say is that the bathroom of the studio room is so small that you cannot open the door fully as the toilet is behind the door. It was fine for my needs as I was a solo traveller however it would be difficult to manage with kids. Also, the hotel is new and I found the rug in the room to be pretty stained. I think the hotel ought to deep clean it or change it so that the room looks fresh. Aside from that all was great and I had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you!
