Had an excellent stay at the JW Marriott Marquis. The staff, front desk, housekeeping and concierge are exceptional! I felt welcomed and so well taken care of since day 1. Scheduled an airport transfer, used the complimentary mall shuttle bus, tried a few on-site restaurants as well as the rooftop iftar (which was amazing) - everything went wonderful! Will be back to Dubai in December and staying at the JW again. Thank you so much for this experience and making my vacation exceptional.

Das Hotel ist sehr impulsant, beeindruckend und unglaublich schön. Mit dem Shuttlebus zur Dubai Mall der regelmäßig fährt und fast immer einen Platz frei hat. Der Pool, das GYM oder die Sauna kann man super nutzen. Es ist unglaublich sauber, das Personal immer hilfsbereit. Alles in allem gibt es NICHTS auszusetzen am Hotel. Wir waren über den Ramadanmonat da, und dennoch konnte man alles so nutzen wie man es in Europa gewohnt ist. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Dubai kommen, dann definitiv in dieses Hotel. Wahnsinn! wir waren begeistert - für jeden der das erste mal in Dubai ist kann ich / können wir dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Dubai mit einem sehr großen Fitnessraum mit Aussicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit der Auswahl von verschiedenen Regionen der Welt ist großartig. Die Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf das Meer perfekt. Im 68 haben wir ausgezeichnet diniert und im Vault den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Pool am Tag und in der Nacht ist eindrücklich.

Luxuriöses, gut ausgestattetes Hotel zu akzeptablen Preis. Schöne Zimmer, gute Betten. Lage im Business-Viertel, fußläufig keine Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Restaurants, Bars etc erreichbar. Dafür gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants im Hotel und eine Bar auf 300 Metern Höhe mit Super- Ausblick. Beim Frühstück ist es laut und wühlig, wenn man nach 8 Uhr kommt. Angebot am Frühstücksbüffet aber top.

Es war alles perfekt ! Mehr Luxus geht schon kaum noch. Sauberkeit war 1A - wir wollten die Zimmer auf hoher Etage, haben wir bekommen. Die Rezi war jederzeit für einen da , man musste kaum selber ein Taxi rufen, an Arbeitskräften wird nicht gespart !! Finde ich super ! Jeder hat seinen Bereich! Organisation super, alle super freundlich, Hotel sauber, das Frühstück war perfekt. Für jeden was dabei ! Herzhaft und süß , die Auswahl war gigantisch. Es gibt an diesem Hotel nichts zu bemängeln, die Aussicht von den Zimmern war zudem einfach traumhaft!

Schönes Hotel in der Business Bay
Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen gut erfüllt, trotz COVID Einschränkungen. Der Service war soweit gut, aber nicht immer überall durchgängig. Was wir ein bisschen vermisst haben, war z.B. die Begrüssung am Eingang. Uns wurde, als wir im Taxi ankamen, weder die Autotüre geöffnet, noch mit den Koffern geholfen. Das blieb auch in den darauf folgenden Tagen so. Aber wir hätten das in einem 5Sterne Haus erwartet. Die Suite war sehr schön, nur die Lichtsteuerung war etwas schwierig (mittels Schaltpanel).

Absolutes NO GO.
Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang haben keinen Respekt und sind sehr sehr eingebildet. Gästen Wunsch wird angenommen aber nicht erfüllt. Wir haben jeden Tag nach einem Baby Bett gefragt und keins bekommen! Das Wasser ist so unrein, das man krank wird. Deshalb gibt es im Hotel für Zähneputzen extra Wasser Flaschen. Auf der 72. ETAGE gibt es VAULt Bar da trifft man auf einiges unerwünschtes. Wenn ihr mit Familie unterwegs seit meidet das Hotel.

My stay was exceptional. This was by far one of the best lodging experiences I have had while on vacation in Dubai. The staff was amazing, making sure I had everything that I needed from: clean linen and towels, curling iron, phone charger, etc. I needed a curling iron for an event and they directed me to their "salon" which was located inside of the hotel. There, I was able to get a wash and curl along with mink eyelash applications for a reasonable price. My room was always cleaned properly twice daily. When I wanted to rest, I pressed the "keypad" to prevent housekeeping during the day and when I left for the evening and returned my room was clean and linens and bottled water restocked. Valet parking was a breeze. The bell's desk grabbed my luggage upon entering and exiting which made my day. The hassle of pushing around heavy suitcases, "no thanks". Dining was amazing with over ten different restaurants inside of the hotel. There's also bars and lounges inside which are pretty amazing. It's a very safe area and the walk at night has an amazing ambiance and view. Very close to almost everything in downtown Dubai. This will be my go-to hotel each time I visit Dubai. It is very busy, but as a solo traveler it worked well for me.

Amazing hotel, great location, beautiful architecture, well maintained, beautiful and spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing, they have so many restaurants inside the hotel with amazing food, upscale atmosphere, we were very impressed . All my tours picked us up at the hotel. We had the greatest time and the JW Marquis Dubai. Definitely would choose it again when we go back.

Impeccable check in service. Excellent dinner and breakfast buffer. The staff are all excellent and go way beyond to ensure that you feel pampered and well taken care off. Beautiful 5-star property. I highly recommend. It was perfect.

5 star service! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was to be remembered. This hotel has a nightclub and 19 restaurants a roof deck pool etc. This was probably the best location for Tourist who want to be near the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Also its only 20 mins to the Marina where all the other hot spots are. I like this hotel because the Marina is overwhelming I wouldn’t want to be directly walkable to all the shops because I wanted to see the city. This was perfect and at night you can walk by a quiet canal with City views. This hotel has a grand view of the Burj Khalifa and all Dubai attractions. Pay a-little extra for a room with a view its worth every penny.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We loved the convenience in the business area, we visited a lot of the places that were close to where we stayed. The breakfast that was included with our stay was excellent, a great variety of food options, including gluten free, also everything was of good quality. The staff was always very helpful with getting transportation throughout the week. The room was cleaned every day and always had chocolate on our pillows at night.

This Marriott is close enough to some key sites in Dubai. However, it has the busiest and most chaotic lobby and driveway at all times of day. There are plenty of staff on hand to manage as best as they can, but it felt overwhelming. The hotel room was dated and not at the level of cleanliness I’d expect for a Marriott property. An easy update would be to put in different bedside tables and to update the lighting control. Additionally, at one point the hot water did not work in our room and the hairdryer inconsistently worked. Staff at the pool and French bakery were friendly, but got confused easily and moved slowly.
