I really enjoyed my stay at Burj al Arab. Despite the challenging hotel reopening in these turbulent times. The manager and personal was really hard trying to fulfill the high exception of their clients. I recieved a upgrade into the Club Suite and a free fourth night. With was a really huge compensation for the issues I had during my stay. Overall I was satisfied.

Kann man sich antun, wenn man viel zuviel Geld hat
Das Hotel lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Hatten die Panorama Suite, die uns angenehm überrascht hat, Buttler incl. Auch das drum und dran um das Hotel wie Beach Areal und Wasserpark waren beeindruckend. Sollte man sich mal antun, wenn mann nicht weiß wohin mit seinem Geld.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Das Burj ist ein Erlebnis-Hotel. Von der Architektur her sowieso. Und diese Idee einen floor-butler zu haben ist auch cool. Man muss nur ein wenig umdenken und nicht links und rechts telefonieren, wenn man was braucht, wie man in anderen Hotels machen würde. Der Strand ist toll. Man bekommt immer frisches Wasser, es gibt jede Menge Platz, die Liegestühle sind bequem. Die Suiten sind gross und mit allem ausgestattet. Das Essen ist sehr gut, in allen Restaurants. Das Frühstück auch. Nur der Frühstücksaal ein wenig zu klein. Das einzige waren die Betten. Fanden wir nicht sehr bequem zu zweit; wenn sich einer bewegt, schwankt die andere Person gleich mit. Toll fanden wir die "amenities" die sie jeden Abend beim turn-over aufs Bett lagen.

Wir haben unseren Dubai-Urlaub im Burj Al Arab begonnen und finden, es hat sich gelohnt. Unsere Panorama-Suite erstreckte sich über zwei Etagen. Da die Außenwände komplett verglast sind, hatte man vor allem von der Galerie aus einen sensationellen Blick. Toll war das Badezimmer mit einem großen Whirlpool und einer riesigen Dusche. Plant man eine Übernachtung in diesem Hotel, kann man sämtliche Pflegeprodukte getrost daheim lassen, weil man sowohl für den Mann als auch für die Frau eine Komplettausstattung (Shampoo, Duschgel, Parfum ...) von Hermès erhält. Und zwar nicht nur in Hotelgrößen! In dem Bett haben wir prima geschlafen, lediglich der Spiegel darüber hat ein wenig "Etablissement-Charakter". Aber da man über Geschmäcker nicht streiten kann, wäre es albern, dies zu monieren. Darüber hinaus ist die technische Ausstattung ein Knaller. Zur Verfügung stehen ein großer Apple-Rechner samt Drucker sowie mehrere Telefone, zwei Fernseher und ein "Mini-Computer", mit dem man die Gardinen elektrisch bedienen und andere tolle Sachen anstellen kann. Zu den technischen Feinheiten gehört beispielsweise auch, dass wenn es an der Tür klingelt, ein Bild von dem Gast auf dem Fernseher angezeigt wird. Außerdem kann man die Tür mit dem Telefon öffnen, sodass man nicht extra runtergehen muss, wenn man auf dem Bildschirm gesehen hat, dass man den Ankömmling auch hereinlassen möchte. Ein bisschen Schäferinnen ich, dass die Minibar nicht inkludiert ist.

Muss man einmal im Leben gesehen haben. Der hohe Preis rechtfertigt sich eindeutig durch all die vielen Extras die man bekommen und den hervorragenden Service.

Ausstattung der Suiten einmalig, Luxus pur. Butler und sonstiger Service von höchster Qualität. Aussicht aus dem Indoor Swimmingpool im 18. Stock über-wältigend. Sollte man einmal im Leben erlebt haben. Bei Badeferien sollte man nach 2-3 Uebernachtungen aber in die zur gleichen Hotelgruppe Jumeirah gehörende gleich neben dem Burj al Arab liegende Hotelanlage Madinat mit sehr grosser Gartenanlage, riesigem Pool ind viel grösserem Strand wechseln.

Wir waren schon ziemlich überall auf dieser Welt. Burj al Arab ubertrifft sich alles. Einfach SUPER. Freundliche Personal, schöne Zimmer, super Atmosphäre, shöne Anlage. Gutes Essen. Zauberhafte SPA Anlage. Leider hat alles seinen Preis! Es lohnt sich einmal im Leben etwas Geld auszugeben und sich wie im Himmel zu fühlen!

sehr schönes hotel.
Sauberkeit nicht 7 sterne entsprechend. nicht das das zimmer nihct sauber war, aber staub oberhalb der tür ist für dieses hotel nicht gerechtfertigt, vor allem bei dem Preis. ansonsten alles tip top, zuvorkommendes personal . Frühstücksbuffet im internationalen Buffet, sehr sehr mager. in manchen 3 sterne hotels gibts grössere Auswahl. Im asiatischen Buffet nichts zu meckern.

Nice building but the valet staff is incredibly unprofessional. I couldn’t believe they were cursing, yelling at taxi drivers and paying little attention to guests . I felt like I was at extended stay near south beach. Also- check in is slow. Really slow. It took us 30 mins just to check in. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Average 3 stars.

Unique location. Being by the water away from the city center is a plus for holiday. Excellent facilities. Outstanding staff/service. Decor is very “Las Vegas” glitzy and may seem less than elegant to some. Apparently they don’t double check work of housekeeping prior to releasing room. We found a nail file behind the door in the second bathroom. Some furnishings are a bit worn (dusting lampshades daily likely leads them to be off kilter). Some room lights didn’t dim properly like the others indicating bulb replacement was needed but had not been noted. So outstanding in many ways but not absolute perfection as a standard. Some delays for services.

Hotel worth every star. Staff is incredibly helpful, with every language spoken that could be imagined, diversity in very much appreciated. We had family visiting and process was smooth and straightforward. Floor concierge went above and beyond to assure we had everything needed and felt comfortable, with response time within minutes. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly will come back.
