„This was the absolute prefect place to stay. I know the area well and needed a place to stay to overlap when mother-in-laws house was full. This was beyond what I expected. „We drove up from Maryland to view the eclipse. Drove from the property up to Houlton on Tuesday morning for that purpose. Didn't get to hang around the property much because we were on the go constantly, but it was as advertised, comfortable, clean and easy access. „Nice stay, rooms were clean but a bit dark, breakfast above US standard, nice pool, location close to park entrance and 10 minutes from Bar Harbor. We were a bit disappointed that we were not allowed to use the fire pit in the backyard which was locked. The reason given was “we have no staff to operate it“. We didn’t ask for anyone to operate it and would have been responsible guests that wanted to have a good time with our kids.“

Es wurden sehr vielen Speisen und Getränke angeboten. Sobald etwas fehlte, wurde von einer freundlichen Dame nachgefüllt.
