Ordentlichess Motel für eine Zwischenübernachtung
Personal sehr freundlich und saubere Zimmer. Wir waren nur kurz eine Nacht dort und haben den Pool nicht genutzt und auch das Frühstück konnten wir nicht testen, da wir bereits um 4 am weitermussten. Zum Flughafen ist es Ca 15-20 min. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit . Unser Zimmer 2 Queen Size Betten war ok, USB Anschlüsse für Handyladen und Kaffeemaschinen waren vorhanden .Alles im allem für ein Motel alles io.

Somehow the front desk staff allowed something to the tune of 40 teenagers to go into the room beside me and made noise all night. The situation ended in the police being called and ultimately a bunch of teenagers roaming around the hotel none of whom were actually staying in the hotel and they were all unchaperoned. The staff was great but was not able to produce the needed human trafficking certificate. The feeling of the facilities wad overall uncleanly.

Quite ghetto. Strong marijuana smells. No breakfast until 7am. There is a swimming pool. Should only charge half as much as they do.

So not in the greatest area of town but was very surprised how clean the place was. The entire staff was super friendly and nice. Even though I didn't have one its worth mentioning that It's also pet friendly. Continental Breakfast was very good also.

The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were some stains like someone walked in tar and then walked on the carpet and there were big paint scratches on the walls, but the room was very clean. We couldn't get the TV to work in the room, but that was ok. The staff was super friendly. Overall, it's certainly not a fancy hotel, but I had a good night's sleep there.

The lights were falling off in the pool. The room was falling apart. And there were creepy people walking all around that kept eyeing my daughter.

I am very sorry for you less than perfect stay! we just spent alot of money to redo our pool but apparently we had some very rude guests who trashed it.

What happened??
I had stayed five years ago at the Econolodge near the Iowa State Fair Grounds. It was a nice place at low cost. I stayed there during a recent trip and was disappointed in how rundown the facility was. Staff were not professional and had no professional appearance. There was a rusty old van in the parking lot and a mattress on the ground by the dumpster. Juice at the breakfast area was colored water.

The van belongs to an employee and he cherishes it.He is in the process of redoing the whole thing. Apparently the juice needed to be changed staff would have been happy to help if informed. I have only been GM for a year but have done many upgrades hopefully you give us a chance to show you!

Very comfortable hotel for the price, lodger the econo cat alwas a treat to see. Front desk check in was very friendly and entertaining. Will definitely be staying there again if we are in the area

It’s a non-smoking hotel but the rooms week of smoke. Hotel is old and rundown and not well cared for anymore. There were people hanging out in the hallways. Cleanliness is not well-maintained throughout the hotel. Elevator is old and creaky. Did not feel safe outside in the parking lot. There were only two good things about the hotel – its location to where I needed to go was convenient. And they had a cat that they take care of right outside the front entrance of the hotel. The cat looks to be well taken care of, the staff care about him. I would not stay at this hotel again.

I apologize for the problems with your stay! Some guests are rude and ignore our no smoking policy but there is a charge 150.00 and they dont get to come back! yes the hotel is old but we have done alot of upgrades it just takes time but we are working on it hopefully you will give us another chance to make your stay perfect!

I really liked staying here. I felt safe and the staff were really nice and helpful. The housekeeper’s were really nice and accommodating and I loved that it serves breakfast every morning definitely a plus. Some things in the hotel are a little outdated but worth the price I paid to stay. The best thing I can say is that the staff made it a friendly welcoming experience.

People in the hallway outside my room making a lot of noise, fight in the parking lot, just very noisy and I couldn’t sleep. Staff not very accommodating. I won’t stay here again.

Everything was good except the shower. It wouldn’t pull up completely so there was still water coming out the spout. As a result of that there wasn’t a lot of water pressure. Otherwise my stay was great and I would stay again!

Would stay again
Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Staff was beyond nice and accommodating and friendly. They were slammed and had several issues (none for us, thankfully) but never once got short or nasty with the other guests. I would stay there again.

How is this possible? Our records indicate that you did not show up for your reservation. Our rooms are clean and do not have roaches!

Room was not clean, and there was like dried ice cream stuck to the floor not cleaned along with crumbs on the floor. No number to be able to call front desk to ask any questions and both times i have stayed here years apart the hot tub is broken
