„Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. „Sehr sauber , alles wie beschrieben . Dass eine Landstraße am Haus vorbei führt war ja im voraus bekannt . Auf der vorderen Veranda ist der Lärm aber lange nicht so schlimm wie von manchen beschrieben . Für Ausflüge in die Berge ist die Lage sogar sehr gut . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .“

„First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. “
