Hotel wasn’t terrible but we did have an issue with the sheets they were stained & the toilet was constantly running complained by phone then had to go down stairs to desk . They didn’t have a plumber available to repair so we had to ask for another option finally they decided to switch our room . We should have gotten a discount on our stay as well . We won’t stay her next year when we visit . Hotel was ok but wasn’t as we hoped for .

Great Stay. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. I was upgraded to a larger room as I was there for 4 nights which was nice. In the past I have been in one of the very small rooms and felt I was back in college.

Exclude the pool from your agenda unless you’re fine with high chlorinated water. Besides that, hotel is great for attending events. Area around hotel isn’t bad but just ordinary - nothing really to do without an Uber or rented car.

This was not my first time staying at this hotel. It was very lovely, the room was nice this time they gave me a room that was a little bit smaller, but still nice. My only complaint is that on my last night they had some type of music festival, and there were people, singing, and playing instruments in the hallway outside my door until past 1 o’clock in the morning

Room was nice, at 11 pm someone else tried to enter the room. The front desk asked if I’d come downstairs to clear things up. I called and the room was double

The night desk personnel was amazing. The fire alarm went off due to a burst sprinkler and he wasnt phased, was calm, handled questions and was a super bubbly person to make everone less stressed. I also watched him handle a disgruntled guest with poise and calmness while standing firm.

When I booked thru hotels.com it said the rate was $36 and $56 with the breakfast surcharge but I was charged 114.97 plus 143.00. Not cool. Also breakfast was limited even though the same fruit and parfets were the same the whole time. I guess they’d rather throw them out then let the guests eat them. One cup of coffee but juice was extra too. Again not cool.
