Sehr schöne Pool Anlage, Service Personal klasse, Frühstück war einmalig, große Auswahl, da wird jeder etwas finden was er mag. Zimmer groß genug. Restaurants jede Menge in der nahen Umgebung. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Geräumiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, es wird auf Plastik Wasserflaschen verzichtet und dafür gibt es Wasserspender, dass finde ich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Das erste Zimmer war abgewohnt und nicht besonders sauber, sehr kleiner Balkon. Nach 2 Tagen hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, das war ok, größer, sauberer, großer Balkon. In der zweiten Woche wurde der Flügel des Hotels, in dem unser Zimmer lag, aufgrund geringer Auslastung (Coronavirus) geschlossen und wir erhielten ein Zimmer mit Private pool. Etwas kleiner als das vorherige aber in Ordnung. Leider wurde bei allen Zimmern das Licht auf dem Balkon zentral um 23:00 Uhr abgeschaltet. Frühstück gut.

Noch recht jung aber bereits in die Jahre gekommen
Es bedurfte mehrere Tage und ebensoviele Reklamationen, bis Mängel im Zimmer abgestellt wurden (fehlende Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon, defekte Beleuchtung usw.). Die Jacuzzis sind in einem Zustand, dass man sich freiwillig nicht hineinlegen möchte; das war vor 3 bzw. 4 Jahren noch anders.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Das Hotel ist relativ neu, liegt ruhig und in Strandnähe sowie in einer Touristenmeile mit vielen Restaurants, Souvenirshops und Spas in Sanur. (Der Transport vom und zum Flughafen braucht ca. 30 Min und kostete mit Taxi und Taxometer über die Schnellstraße mit Mautgebühr ca.140.000 Rupien). Das gesamte Hotelteam war immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und trotz vieler Gäste immer gut aufgefüllt. Es gibt Liegen am schön angelegten Poolbereich, die man jedoch oft früh belegen musste, um einen Platz zu erhalten. Man sollte also relativ früh zum Frühstück gehen. Am schönen Strand (10-15 Min zu Fuß entfernt) sind eine bestimmte Anzahl von Doppel-Liegen mit Sonnenschirm für das Hotel reserviert. Hier sollte man sich vor dem Frühstück die entsprechenden Voucher bei der Rezeption abholen. Alternativ gibt es nebenan Liegen für 50.000 Rupien (ca. 3-3,50€) pro Liege mit Sonnenschirm und Handtuch für den Tag zu bekommen. Die Gym im Hotel war auch gut und ausreichend. Unser Zimmer mit Jacuzzi groß und gepflegt, hier und da ein paar Abnutzungsspuren, aber wohl normal über die Zeit. Hat man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss in Poolrichtung, liegt die Terrasse des Zimmers direkt am Pool, so dass man auch einen kleinen Privatpool hat. Die Jacuzzi hatte ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, aber tat ihren Dienst sehr gut. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel weiter empfehlen, insbesondere aufgrund des sehr guten Preis-Leistingsverhältnisses.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe
Ich habe selten ein Hotel besucht mit so freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Selbst die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr nett und konnten zum großen Teil englisch. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gesäubert - sehr gründlich. Generell wirkt das Hotel und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Bei genauem hinsehen in der Dusche bspw. Sieht man allerdings,dass die Fugen nicht ordentlich verarbeitet wurden. Einige Fliesen haben einen Sprung - liegt evtl am Klima und falscher Bauweise. Auf das Frühstücksbüffet hat man sich jeden Morgen gefreut. Frische Eierspeisen direkt zubereitet mit den gewünschten Zutaten. Pancakes und French Toast ebenfalls frisch. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten Gehweg. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Abschnitt mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Handtüchern. morgens kann man sich im Hotel einfach einen Voucher holen und schon kostet es nichts. Sehr viele kleine und schöne Restaurants direkt neben den Hotel oder auch an der Strandpromenade.

This hotel is nice and located in a very convenient area with many restaurants & shops within walking distance, plus walking distance to the beach. However, that beach is not nice and not swimmable. The room is very large but the bathroom is so small with the main door getting in the way. You have to close the door after getting in to get to the toilet area. The floor in the shower in our room is slated in the wrong direction so it gets flooded after each shower.

Although the staff are very nice and helpful, the first room we stayed was bad… here are the issues that we experienced: AC ran full blast and temperature cannot be changed, the sink was clogged, bad odor in the room, the shower cannot be closed because the glass wall was misaligned. In summary, the unit was not been properly maintained. We asked to switch to another room, but nothing was available until 2 days later. The 2nd room was much better.

The pool area is definitely the highlight of this hotel. The pool is phenomenal and the pool bar was amazing. The over building is a little dated and could use a refresh but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was decent but there are also a ton of options located very close by that were excellent. The laundry service was fantastic. Overall we would definitely recommend this hotel.

Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar has everything we need and the staff make us very welcome. We were grateful for the up-graded room. The swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. There are many restaurants and shops out the front of Swiss-Bel, otherwise the hotel has theme night dinners at the hotel on certain nights.

Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back.

The first time we stayed, our room was nice. The second time we stayed, our room smelled a little musty. The balcony was enclosed with windows, and it was somewhat musty smelling, and echoed when we visited outside. Not an inviting balcony.

Property is looking a bit tired - needs sone maintenance in the rooms. Rooms need modernising. Bathroom is clean but showing it’s age. Toilet is too big for the area allocated. Staff were very friendly and dining room and bar staff were all lovely and very helpful. Pool was amazing, but lots of missing tiles - it also need some work done to it.

They asigned the old dirty room with many problem like patio door not working. Pump jacuzzi not working , TV remote control no battery. Botom line inaccept room. We had to sleep 1 night then next day they transfer another room for us. Why they didn't select the better room for us from beginning. It was stressfull for my vacation after long hour flight.

Great property, was impressed overall with the experience. Slight hiccup with dinner one night at the restaurant however easily overcome with the rest of the stay being super comfortable and well serviced.

The food was average. My nasi goreng looked like the chicken leg was 5 days old, the pancakes and waffles were cold, no almond milk for lattes, the chicken burger was tasteless and the veggie sandwich and wraps the same. No pool bar but I understand they have to fix some time. Room was very comfortable and cold, bed great, pillows too high. Twice I had to ask for toilet paper, towels etc Good location but won’t recommend. Been to Bali 15 times

Well-located resort in the heart of Sanur with a lovely big pool. Rooms are a little ‘tired’, but clean with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, good aircon and decent-sized bathrooms with shower and bath. The highlight was the staff, who were absolutely amazing - consistently courteous, friendly and helpful. They were only too happy to organise a birthday cake for my son, which he was thrilled with. Special mention must go to Lintang, who was so welcoming and made an effort to connect with my teenage sons, which they really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for your fantastic hospitality!
