Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön, leider sind die, die zur Straße ausgerichtet sind, sehr laut! Das Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht allzu üppig. Was etwas nervt ist, dass es am Strand nur 14 Liegen von Hotel gibt, die leider schon oft um 9.30 Uhr belegt waren und es dann keine weiteren Liegen mehr gab.

Gut gelegen, diverse Restaurants in der Umgebung. Am Strand hat es einige Liegen, zu Fuss sind es ca 10 Min zum Strand. Eine Wäscherei ist um die Ecke. Besser das Zimmer mit Balkon buchen, im Zimmer ohne Balkon ist es eher feucht und Badetücher etc können nicht aufgehängt werden. Das Bettlaken war schmutzig, wurde jedoch anstandslos komplett gewechselt.

Netter Service war einzigartig. Die Unterkunft an sich war auch spitze. Nah am Strand, mit eigenem Strandabschnitt und Liegen, wirklich sehr schön. Lediglich die Bettdecke hatte Flecken und das war nicht so schön.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Tolles Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung Leider hat es im Bad muffig gerochen und am Pool hat man die Rockmusik von einer Bar nebenan gehört. Daher lieber am Strand entspannen. Dort gibt es tolle eigene Strandliegen und Handtücher. Nebenan am Strand ist das Genius cafe, unbedingt dort mal zum Sonnenuntergang vorbei schauen.

A real small cosy luxury hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Arkana Boutique hotel. I found all the amenities of a luxury hotel in a smal, quiet and cosy place. The sun chairs on the beach or pool were never full. The breakfast buffet was excellent like all the food we had in the hotel. The stuff is lovely and really goes the extra mile to make you happy and help you with everything. We Heard this hotel was new for about 6 month and everything is perfect. Quite close to the center and the beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is great too.

Staff made you feel really welcomed. Small hotel so very personal service. Rooms were large and clean. Pleasant surprise was hot water in the sink and good pressure and hot water in the shower. In Asia this not always the case. The pool area was very relaxing.

Fantastic
Stayed here for 2 nights as it’s in the area of the port for ferry’s and my next stop was Nusa Lembongan. Really happy that I chose to stay in Sanur and I picked the perfect hotel for it! Akana is beautiful, didn’t see one bit of dirt the whole time I was there. Staff are very attentive and will go above and beyond for you but also leave you to your own devices. The pool is beautiful, the restaurant area is great and the food was fantastic. There are so many great bars and restaurants within 5/10 minutes walk. The hotel have bikes and scooters that you can use for free. Never used a scooter before so I used a bike and cycled to the beach for sunrise. Plenty of markets nearby, places to book excursions, supermarkets/convenient stores, bars, restaurants, beaches. Perfect location and perfect hotel. Thank you for such a beautiful stay.

What makes this hotel perfect is the staff, the location and the property. It’s an oasis from the busy street that is just around the corner so shopping, spas, tour guides, massages, other restaurants/bars and the beach are all walkable. Or you can use one of the free bicycles they provide. The room is big, clean and a very comfortable with a king bed, work area, large walk in shower, stocked mini fridge, robes and flip flops… and the pool view was wonderful with a private balcony, sofa and drying rack so we could reuse our towels and dry our swim suits. The people here are excellent and always welcome you and ask how everything is going. Any issues and they solve it. Bintang beer is offered by the bucked for an amazing Price as is the 2 for one happy hour drinks. We are many of our meals at Selada Restaurant that is part of the hotel. Great selection of food and we never had any stomach issues. The a la cart breakfast and buffet was perfect and made to order. Eggs and stuff or an Bali breakfast. You won’t be sorry if you stay here and get a pool view room. We loved it.

True to its description, the Akana was a beautiful tastefully decorated Boutique Hotel. Pool area divine, staff very friendly and helpful. Room lovely and large with balcony. Great area, lots of bars, restaurants, live music and very on trend shopping. The beach was just a short walk . With lots of 5 star properties ensuring that the beach was always pristine. One minor complaint, was that the room wasn’t made up until late in the day. Wouldn’t have noticed, but we we’re recovering from the flu and looking for an afternoon nap 🙄 but I’m sure if I asked they would have been happy to oblige. 5star at a 3 star price. Would definitely recommend.
