Melissa was available Consistently throughout my stay, she made me feel very welcomed. The house was absolutely beautiful, beautiful with all the amenities as it says very convenient to the beaches and plenty of room for everyone. I ended up with a flat tire and she was willing to call AAA and come over and assist me, I will definitely be returning

We visited in off season. Fell in love with this area. Very walkable, parks, library and beach all very closeby. Easy to walk for basic groceries, coffee. House had everything we needed. Host responsive. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Great house; great location
We were a group of sisters and a few friends staying here for a week of catching up and beach-going. The house was perfect. And Melissa helped with everything we needed. An unexpected sunroom was breezy and cool in the late afternoon. So many great places to explore nearby. Melissa provides a wealth of local information! I highly recommend this house.

Perfect little Cape house
We stayed in this lovely, cozy Cape house for a week in August with 2 young kids and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax and sleep comfortably. Well stocked with everything we would need to make our stay pleasant. Great area, close to shops, beaches and restaurants and located on a quiet street.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. The house is very clean and larger than the pictures look. Such a comfortable house and nicely decorated. The owner is easily reachable and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great. I wished the A/C worked better. The house was spacious and clean. Nice having 2 bathrooms. We will rent again on next trip. We biked to Chatham on the CCRT. Visited the fish pier to see the seals and AWSC to learn about sharks. We ate a lot of seafood. Visited the Glass Museum in Sandwich. Biggest disappointment was Dana’s Kitchen. Not a restaurant, owner was very curt.

Great vacation home!
The house was very clean. Check in was a breeze and we were able to pick our keypad pin. The kitchen was very well stocked, complete with a good size grill outside. All inside a nice, quiet neighborhood for walking the dog, but very close to all the town activities. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous stay!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The home includes a fully stocked kitchen duty a variety of appliances. The home was clean and neat. We were 5-30 minutes from nearly every beach worth visiting. The block was quiet with polite neighbors. The listing is so much better in person and I think any age would be comfortable moving about the house. There is plenty of space for all. This home is in a great location, central to everything Cape Cod. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic!
We traveled from Virginia to Cape Cod to attend a gathering for the passing of our brother, a beloved Cape resident of many years. This place was perfect and close to where we needed to be. Very impressed with the size of it for the price of it, as it was much less than other properties. I hope that never changes. We met new friends and should we return, we'd stay here again in if the price continues to be like this.

A perfect 60th birthday in Dennis Port!
Sunsets at West Dennis Beach and a gorgeous walk at Mayflower Beach were the highlights of our outings. Both were suggested by our host in a nicely composed summary of the area. A beautiful ride to Race Point with many stops along the way made the central location of this offering a convenient and easy ride home at day’s end. Quiet afternoons in the sunroom were anticipated and enjoyed daily over a game of cribbage or a Yahtzee match. The well equipped kitchen was spotless with very updated small appliances and every utensil imaginable. We spent five nights here to celebrate my 60th birthday. It was a party of two and the choice we made booking this home was perfect. Communication was A+ and everything exceeded our expectations. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. There are lots of windows to brighten your stay with shades and curtains to provide privacy and quiet when desired. There were no disappointments with our stay.

Very pleased with how clean the house was. First time renting a house and I was very apprehensive as I'm OCD about cleanliness. The house is roomier than it appears online. Spacious Cape Cod Getaway
We had a great weekend staying in Dennis Port. This cozy little house is much more spacious than the photos reveal. We could have brought 5 more people and been comfortable. We arrived to a spotless house with the AC already running and an essential oil diffuser as a homey touch. The house was adorable, featuring cute nautical decor that gave it a very beachy cottage feel. House was stocked with paper goods and laundry detergent. Kitchen was spacious and also well-stocked in terms of appliances. We forgot our blender and were thrilled to find one. Hosts even provided oils/spices for cooking. The kids room had a sliding rocker- perfect for feeding the baby or comforting a homesick little one. The hosts really thought of everything! Location is central, quick drive to local beaches and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and ready to help. Looking forward to next year already!

Great Cape House Retreat
Super nice cape house in the mid-Cape area with quick access to area beaches and attractions. We kind of just slept there, but if we wanted to, it was comfortable to “stay in” and relax in. Two bathrooms with showers and laundry on-site was great for multiple adults to get cleaned up and ready for the day. Time to plan the next trip back sometime soon!
