The staff were kind and helpful however they had no record of my booking upon arrival, despite me having pre-paid over £800 for 4 nights stay. The lobby was chaotic and the reception desk busy, even at 11pm. It took 30 minutes to resolve the check in issue, which is the last thing you want after a late flight. The room itself was nice but I had issues with the touch pad control panel that controls the lights, AC etc. The pad wasn't working and the lights kept going on and off in the middle of the night. I reported this the following morning, was told it was fixed but the same issue happened the following night which was very disruptive. As there were no master switches to control the lights, I ended up removing the power card entirely.
Upon check out, I was told I needed to pay for my room fees, which I had already paid for. The check out process took 15 minutes to resolve which was frustrating as I needed to get to the airport and the issue had supposedly been addressed on check in. Because of these issues, I would not stay here again and would instead try one of the other 5 star hotels in the area.
