Good hotel, slightly overchallenged service
Young service personal that seems to be a bit overwhelmed, if things do not go smooth: room complain handling took very long and 4 calls before resolution; food orders at breakfast were confused. Hotel is nice, room is big and comfortable, breakfast very good (though tend to be quite busy).

Bussines Reise
Business Reise, nahe am Aorport, sehr sicher, sehr modernes Hotel. Uch hatte ein tolles Zimmer, super Ausstattung, sehr neu. Service ist Top. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut gegen aussen Isoliert (Fluglärm) aber mann konnte zum Teil die anderen Zimmer hören.

Das Personal hier ist sehr aufmerksames Personal und die Zimmer sehr großzügig. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über einen schönen grünen Innenhof und 2 super Restaurants.

Hotel was lovely and areocity is near by. The service at breakfast was a little slow and the breakfast area is spread over the resultant. The bread station is a little walk from the egg station. Rooms are lovely, however our towels were a little dirty and the shower water was not hot. Only Luke warm which was very disappointing.

I loved my stay at this hotel and wish I’d have been staying longer than just a night. It’s in an excellent location, with convenient car service available for airport drop-off. This is a really thoughtfully curated hotel, with each room displaying a local unique piece of art, summarised within a book. The complimentary minibar selection was great and the breakfast selection was vast, with anything customisable to your liking. This was a great choice.

My husband, my sons and I stayed at the Andaz in one of their suites and we all really enjoyed our stay. Everything was lovely, our room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. The morning breakfast was amazing with so many options and the food all tasted great. My morning latte tasted better than any latte I have ever had in a cafe shop. I also enjoyed the fresh prepared juices they had to offer. The staff were all great and any requests we had made were all delivered. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back.

Very courteous hotel staff all across providing excellent service. Our concierge Sanjeev was excellent. They take care of all your needs. Food was very good. I will definitely go to back to this hotel and recommend to family and friends.
